The house is wonderful, the view is surreal! All rooms are air-conditioned, the game room has an arcade that was the joy of the children. Privileged location, close to the beach and all trades, in addition to the security of the condominium. We had good communication with Henrique (host) and Mrs. Bete (service provider). We'll be back for sure and recommend getting to know.

It exceeded our expectations! Marco was super requested, very attentive and made us very comfortable. You gave important tips to have a perfect stay! The 3 suites have air-conditioning working well and clean, provided us with good nights of sleep. Clean bedding, good mattresses, hot shower, everything perfect. The kitchen has everything, very well-equipped, and at the barbecue there is a second refrigerator, which was very useful to us. Internet works very well. In the pool area and barbecue loses a little sign, but for those who are in this area I recommend that you do not use the smartphone and enjoy what the space has to offer to the sides of your companies. The condominium is too much! It's a nature immersion experience, just bring a good repellent that's all right. The employees of the condominium are exemplary, they gave us all the attention, very polite and attentive. The location is great, easy access to the beaches, close to markets, bakery, Jequitimar, etc. We will definitely be back.

It was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at, as they deliver hotel standard cleaning and hygiene (which should be the standard for all stays but is unfortunately rare). The house is very spacious and I was able to spend time with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is a delight, surrounded by greenery, it hardly looks like an urban beach. I would definitely come back.

amazing place covered by nature , when we arrived clean pool and super sanitized rooms. The first day was a little complicated because the refrigerator was not freezing. soon he called a technician and the other day for the 14:00 hrs was working. It was super fast thanks God because we were with plenty of freezer stuff. plus it was all communicated to him and he responded super attentive . Outside that the place is amazing he super solved our problem was satisfactory for both parties . I loved my stays there. I took kids and they super enjoyed. Beautiful beaches nearby , market , restaurants . I really wanted to have gone to the trail that has on an island that only has access through the condo. more unfortunately it was with children so I recommend it if I recommend not to take children to the full. amazing home people super recommend, sure I will get it there again. We were immensely happy on the days we spent at Marcos' house, a wonderful house, very good location, safe condominium, host always willing to solve our doubts, Renildo and Regina very polite and helpful, everything perfect, we would certainly come back more often.

Our feriadão in the house was excellent! Impeccable house, had EVERYTHING we needed. New utensils, all dishes, glasses, electrons, pots, serving sleepers…. Wonderful. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms and no mould smell. Bed linen and towels also super clean and smelling. We have NOTHING to complain about. Besides the impeccable house, we hired the service of the cook Elaine, and we regret nothing. She was very polite to everyone in the house, she answered us in everything and always with a smile on her face. In addition to the food always well made. I finish by thanking Tamir and the homemade Cleide, who answered me quickly whenever I need to ask questions or ask for information

Our stay at Luciana's was great. The house is impeccable. Luciana was very thoughtful. I recommend it and also intend to return.

The house is very nice, two comfortable and air-conditioned rooms working very well (it made all the difference in those very hot days!), the pool has a great size and the water was in the perfect temperature to cool off without being cold. The barbecue area integrated into the pool and backyard environment allows a lot of mobility while we prepare the barbeque. We took our dogs and the two were able to run a lot and safely because everything was surrounded. As a point of improvement: a more modern smartTV in the room, as it was difficult to access the streaming services (the Wi-Fi signal was great, the problem was with the TV)

My family and I had a great weekend in the house. Renata is a great host, as is the home host Neide. Everything was as in the pictures, had all the equipment and utensils mentioned in the ad and the house was impeccable, until the barbecue that was usually not so clean, was very clean. The house is beautiful, the weather forecast for the weekend was not very sunny, so on the eve Renata called me and offered an additional pool heating service, which was great and we were able to enjoy a lot, access to the condominium was also super quiet because our names were already at the entrance, the house is close to the beach, so in one of the moments when the sun came out, we could also walk a little contemplating the beach. Absolutely nothing complaining about, everything worked very well.

Ricardo and Dona Lucinea, two sweethearts, we agreed and arranged the points to see before check-in, and everything was perfect! We agreed on 3 p.m., we arrived and Dona Lucinea was already there, she showed us the house and its accommodations, soon after she was ready to answer any questions, she even recommended a great pizzeria! It was all very quiet from check in to checkout!

The House is exactly like the description and photos, we were in 11 adults and 4 children. We were very well received, Renato was very understanding because we ended up arriving much earlier than expected and he let us in, always quickly answered the messages, beautiful, clean and smelling house, flawless even, with all the kitchen utensils, rooms with clean and smelling bed sheets and duvets, one of the rooms has air conditioning and ceiling ventilator being a suite, all the rooms with good ventilation and natural light entrance, impeccable pool, close to everything, beaches and restaurants, bakeries. We went to three beaches two little by which is the Enseada and about 20 minutes by car to the beach of Eden, we went to one further that it is very worthwhile that it is within a condominium it is called Iporanga Beach, there is Cachoeira and a perfect beach for children also with great extension of sand and calm sea, it has limit of people without being a partner per day but it is very worth it. We'll be back for sure.
