Vacation rentals with beach access in Santo Stefano al Mare

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Very well located apartment, 5mn drive from San Remo, breathtaking sea view, very clean and well renovated, good bedding, very nice terrace. Responsive owner. Only small downside, the road below is busy and noisy. But we had a great stay and enjoyed San Remo, its market, its restaurants etc. 

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

We miss the days and the beautiful view from the terrace. We were almost exclusively on foot to the city center of Ventimiglia about 15 minutes (to the market hall, to eat ice cream and to the train station) and by train (ride to Menton and Monaco). Perfect for us. The small beach below the house was charming and we went swimming almost every evening. Claudia is a top hostess. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, dear Claudia🥰.

Amazing views and lovely location! Cyrille was welcoming and helpful, making checking in and out very simple and stress free. Ideal for having a glass or two with views of Monaco. Highly recommend!

Second time here, after 6 years - still wonderful and stunning views! The is everything you might need in the apartment. Walking to Menton is very comfortable. Beautiful place to see both France and Italy!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Raymond and his son were lovely hosts. Our stay in menton was great. Their house is easy to access via the bus route. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor area was relaxing with lovely views. We would recommend, and we would stay again!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to everything. In a short time you can reach the highway and from there you can go wherever you want. Our stay was really nice. Ms. Sara and her father Mr. Mario had thought of everything for our stay. Sweet treats, a tidy house, clean towels and linens, a beautiful and useful patio, everything was very good and as described. Especially for those who will go with small children like us, the patio is both safe and very enjoyable. They were also very helpful at check-in and explained everything in detail. Thank you very much again, you can stay with peace of mind.

This home is filled with good energy and thoughtful touches. The location is really special, including the magical balcony. The owner was very responsive and helpful during my stay. I would recommend and come back.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

We felt right at home in Nicola's slice of heaven! The space was efficient, well appointed, and the views from inside and from the terrace were nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for remote, quiet, and private this is your place. The town is a short walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Bring your binoculars to watch the fishermen and other sea activities.

Perfect location, accommodation in perfect condition and very clean, comfortable bedding, nothing to say everything was perfect.
