Monthly Rentals in Santo Domingo Province

This was a great location. In a good community and close to Colonial Zone using uber and even closer to the Malecon. Definitely recommend. Some constructions is being done near by which can be heard during the days so keep this in mind. Other than that this location was perfect

Cozy apartment in great location, just 10 minutes from colonial area. It's just like you see in the photos ,the condominium has a lot of security for what you appreciate . We definitely recommend it.

Thomas was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to my multiple inquiries throughout the day. The apartment was easy to check into, and had a pristine clean finish. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless; the living room was spacious, and the apartment had everything I needed. I highly recommend a stay at Thomas apartment.

My stay with Miguel was extremely pleasant. The place is small but it has everything one needs. It’s perfect for a short stay. Miguel is an excellent host, he was flexible, friendly, responsive and very organized. He went far and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I’d definitely go back. Thank you 😘
