The reviews are all accurate. I felt like the King of El Campo while I was there. It's a treat to see this place to say the least. The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Fernando is always close enough to help with anything and far away enough for privacy.

Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed with our children aged 11 months and 3.5 years, where the tranquility, security and comfort reigned. We love the accommodation and above all the good attentions of Rafael for what we need in his time, having 2 children we wanted to make sure they were safe in the apartment. This apartment has everything and the best thing is to be able to go to the balcony and see the beautiful view. We were looking for restaurants, malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, the viewpoint, and we had underground parking. I must point out that the tower staff is friendly and respectful, we loved it! We liked the security of this tower very much. Definitavemente Rafael is an excellent host and next time we wish to stay in his properties. Thank you very much for your kindness and courtesy!

Tbh first place with jacuzzi that doesn’t have bad smell due to septic issues. It was private and peaceful. Perfect for couples.

Staying here was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant across street as well as several others nearby. It's next to a dry cleaner and laundry store. There are several corner stores near by. It's also about an 8 min walk to the main zonal colonial area. You can see the beach from your front door or go up to the jacuzzi area for an even better relaxing view. The place was super clean. I especially liked the lights in the bedroom. The host was super responsive to any questions that I had. I definitely will be staying here again!

The place is exactly as described it's newly renovated with beautiful backsplash and newer appliances. Had a bit of trouble finding it but she was very responsive, The place doesn't get a lot of natural light which is something I would of liked more of so without that it can feel a bit closed in but you have your own private balcony available as well. The neighborhood is very safe there is 🚔 always around The water could be hotter I mean the s🚿 is warm at best but maybe that's just my preference I like to take really hot 🚿 but it wasn't like it was freezing It was comfortable enough for use. The water was never hot for the sinks though washing dishes and hand washing I would usually warm the water via the stove all in all for the price she's currently charging I would definitely stay there again.

Have stayed at this spot a few times and will definitely return. The apartment is super comfortable and clean Located close to the supermarket and a short distance to the beach. The AC in the bedroom was great and kept the entire apartment cool. Most of the times I was content with the ceiling fans. The bathroom is great and the bedroom spacious and the bed super comfy. Will always be one of my top choices in the area.
