Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Santo Domingo Este

I chose Monte Horeb to celebrate my wife’s birthday; it was an amazing and unbelievable stay for all of our family! I am still being thanked for it 🤣. The fact that it’s not far from the city (Santo Domingo) makes it a great spot for vacationing. The Mountain View is out of this world! The house has a pine Forrest, a big jacuzzi, tons of green space for kids to run around and play. The peace and tranquility that you feel there makes you want to stay more days! David was super responsive and his on-site staff is the best!! Will definitely be coming back!

The house was great just like advertised. House was very clean, pool was clean, jacuzzi was clean, all 8 rooms were clean, All AC in the house function 👌🏾 I have ZERO complaints about Jose's amazing house I would recommend and I will reebok in the future. A+++++

An excellent place, everything was good. The only detail was that there was no hot water in the place, but everything else was excellent. A quiet and private place.

Just got back from staying here and I'm so glad we picked this spot. First thing that hit me was how safe the area felt - I could actually relax and not worry about the location, which is huge for me when traveling. The apartment was gorgeous! Everything was so clean and you could tell the owner really takes care of the place. It felt like staying in someone's well-loved home rather than just another rental. Oh, and can I just say how much I appreciated having that water dispenser there? Such a simple thing but it saved us so many trips to buy water. The host clearly thinks about what guests actually need. Honestly, this was one of those stays where everything just worked perfectly. I'd book this place again in a heartbeat and I'm already recommending it to friends planning trips to Santo Domingo.

What a wonderful experience! The photos don't do it justice to how beautiful this property is. It is surrounded by beautiful flowers and you can breathe a very special peace and energy. My family and I had an amazing Holy Week 2025 at Ysai's villa. Everything was immaculately clean, well organized, and lovingly decorated. The area is very quiet, perfect for rest and family enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils, we didn't need anything. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, with very soft linens and towels. The bathrooms were clean and had everything you need. Samuel was very kind and was always available to help us with anything. Communication with Ysai was excellent: fast, clear and always attentive to our needs. Would definitely go back! 100% recommended.

I was there with 13 family members for a weekend and we really enjoyed it. The view, the pool, the villa all wonderful. Luis the employee a lovely man showed me the horses that you can see from the villa. There are also beautiful kittens, dogs, geese and goats when you walk down. As a big animal lover, I liked everything very much. I highly recommend this accommodation for a family break. ♥️ Please tip the staff, as this is very much appreciated in a country like this. If you're looking for a cultural DR experience and do not mind walking 10 minutes to the beach/restaurants, I highly recommend. It also took me 35-40 mins to walk to the Juan Dolio Liquor store the "nightlife partying" nearby. Very safe location even if it looks a bit sketchy at first. There area cameras on property. I walked alone at night and felt very safe. Most locals are there to protect tourists. During the tour Eddy was welcoming and went above and beyond to help! Some things that were broken, but he let me know ahead of time and was very honest. The water pressure in bathrooms was not always great. They also only have cold water in some showers but it was also hot outside so it was nice! One of the bathroom toilets was not working, but Eddy was on top of it and was helpful. There was 1 waterbug in a room when we first arrived, but did not see any other insects. A/C works in well in 1A, not so much in 1B but not unbearable. It is a 3rd world country so many things expected.

Kitchen could use some real dishes and more eating utensils.

I loved the accommodation. It was beautiful, better than what you see in the photos, and Julio is a super good person. He helped us with everything. I want to go back. I loved the place and my family did too ❤️❤️❤️❤️
