House vacation rentals in Santo Domingo Este

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

This Lacasa was a very good condition and the place the area very safe nice private pool inside look amazing is you’re beautiful to stay with your family and friend to enjoy your vacation. You won’t regret it and I will come soon. Possible for my vacation. Thank you. Let us know.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. I was in Santo Domingo for work with a group of colleagues, so we couldn't enjoy the house as much as we would have liked. However, it maintains an open and pleasant concept, the area is quiet and allows you to move easily to any place in Santo Domingo.

Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

Everytime I'm in Santo Domingo I stay at Jormy's. I highly recommend him as a great host and his home is very nice in a very quiet safe neighborhood. 5 stars as always!

It was such a beautiful house. The pictures don’t do it justice. You will love staying here. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It’s walking distance to shops. The rooms were so comfortable for my family of 8. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop terrace because we were only in the house when it was too hot. But it’s a great area to hang out.

This is my second time coming to this place and every day it's more and more beautiful and cleaner. Come, come and enjoy this beautiful place, I recommend it 100% a perfect place for everyone.

Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

I had an amazing time staying at Ana's place. The home was beautiful and the neighborhood quiet. I felt right at home and enjoyed walking around and familarizing myself with the area. Ana was the best host, very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay went well. She was always there when i had a question or issue and everything was always resolved quickly. I can't not thank her enough for her hospitality and kindness. This was the perfect home to celebrate my birthday and I hope to return and stay again. I definitely recommend this home if you're looking to be more off the beaten path and immerse yourself with the locals. You definitely won't regret it and can't ask for a better host than Ana. Thank you again for the great experience!
