Beautiful and spacious house steps from the beach, nice and large garden plus pool, tranquility, parking for 5 cars, very quiet street. Kitchen equipped with separate freezer and dishwasher. The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

Near Valparaiso and Santiago, this ecological cabin is located in a wonderful spot, near the beach and with sea landscapes. Surrounded by nature, it's a great place to relax and have a peaceful holiday, although near many coastal villages. You'll be able to enjoy nature, observe birds and, with luck, see foxes, monitos del monte (small marsupials, under extinction, which are protected in Chile) or others animals from the area.
