We highly recommend staying at Silvia's house! Clean and pleasant place! I affectionately call the house Bothanic (from botany) because of the trees it has, giving the residence a country house feel, very nice. 👏🏻👏🏻

I want to thank the host Paulo, who was very kind, and the caretakers: Carlos and Ariane, who treated us in an extraordinary way, as if they were part of our family, 5-star service! From many places we've been, we haven't found people as caring and friendly as them. We were with a group of young people from the Church, and we intend to return to the Farm this year for new events.

AMAZING! We spent a PERFECT Carnival with family and friends. Thiago was EXTREMELY attentive from before checkin until after checkout. The house is exactly as it is in the pictures. Everything clean and neat. The house is equipped with cooking utensils and barbecue grill. Impeccaveis Moveis, otima decoration. The house is inside a condominium, we feel safe. We had an unforeseen event with a power outage in the region and Thiago supported us all the time, triggering the company and updating us promptly with the calls. We can't wait to get back to that paradise.

Our stay was wonderful!!! The house is amazing, everything carefully thought out and very functional. Complete kitchen, automated house with Alexa. Rooms like a hotel! Peaceful and cozy space. Extremely clean, organized and detergent space, fragrant linens and towels. Good lighting, air-conditioning and sound insulation. Denis was very accessible and kind. We went as a family and we all felt at home. Let's go, already thinking about when to come back.

extremely wide locale that held well the number of guests, required some maintenance in the bathrooms but in general attended well, extremely helpful homemade to us to assist with everything. If you want peace and quiet is the place to be!

The owners were very responsive. Very well kept and quiet place. Very close there Bunkyo de Mogi, where I was working for Aki Matsuri. I have nothing to complain about.

We love the house! Amanda is a sweetheart of a hostess in relation to her concern for us, impeccably clean house, complete kitchen with many cozy utensils, everything wonderful I will return more often for sure!!!

The place is even more beautiful in person. My dogs loved the space, they ran around like there was no tomorrow lol The host Marília explains everything well, all the house rules and responds quickly too, answered all our questions. We'll be back soon on sunny days, for sure! 🤎

Great venue for Med Club events, very thorough and well cared for, great for large groups

It was three wonderful days, which I came back lighter and quieter! The children took too much advantage of the heated pool and the adults too! It has a magnificent view! I just have to thank these moments of rest, we'll definitely be back.

Casa very clean, organized and fully equipped, there is no need to take anything other than the suitcases to the stadia. During the stadia, the host paid full attention to questions and responded quickly. The cozy house in a very quiet condominium, great for those looking to slow down and enjoy good family moments.

Beautiful Chácara. Very cool to have contact with nature and animals. Cris does a beautiful job with the plants.

I booked the space to hold an event. The farm is extremely equipped with items for events, very spacious, Dona Dalva is extremely friendly and is always willing to help. The rooms are also very nice, my stay was just perfect, even my guests were impressed by the fact that the space is so equipped for an event, a find on Airbnb that I will certainly return to more often, on Saturday we had the event and on Sunday we enjoyed the space as a family and we were able to be very comfortable. Just thank you for the stay and the receptivity of Dona Dalva and Paulo who was also always willing to clarify all my doubts.

After I found this place, I don't risk staying anywhere else, everything is perfect. It has already accommodated us for a wonderful rest and this last time, it was for a more relaxed and delicious leisure and as always everything was perfect, cozy and wonderful. Simply in love with the place, great for family travel, for those looking for rest and tranquility close to nature, it is wonderful, super cozy, clean and organized house, well-preserved furniture, clean bathrooms, swimming pool and wonderful leisure area, the host was super attentive and flexible, and the caretakers very kind and receptive. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful hosting, where we had good communication with Renato, who promptly provided us with guidance and allowed us to take our Golden. The photos correspond to the reality of what the house is like. We were very well received by the caretaker Paulo, who was extremely friendly and very polite. The house is extremely cozy, allowing us to feel at home. Very well equipped, lacking no equipment or utensils. New freezer, refrigerator and stove. A large table in the living room, where we can have the opportunity to all gather together for a meal. Surrounded by nature with extreme silence, no urban noise. A peacock couple who visited us daily, have squirrel monkeys, parrots and various other animals. There is a market nearby, you can walk and enjoy a hike and enjoy nature even more. A few kilometers away there is a center with several restaurants. We left blessed, happy and grateful that Renato allowed us to be in such a nice place, and for our family.
