Vacation rentals with lake access in Santo André

Undoubtedly a wonderful and very cozy house. All environments are very spacious and well maintained. Emerson and his wife were very polite, solicited and helped us in everything that was needed. They were very receptive to me and my guests. I highly recommend it!

We love the house and the space, exceeded expectations, better than the listing describes, we'll definitely be back again. Dona Veronica and the homemade always helpful with us, it's worth renting!!

The space is like the photos. It accommodates guests very well. The pool is great, and there's a small market inside the condominium. You can park your car in front of the house, and the self-check-in makes it much easier. Access to the accommodation is very easy. Overall 8/10. There are some kitchen utensils, an air fryer, microwave, stove and oven.

The house is very nice to be in, spacious, comfortable, great location and safe. I stayed there to go to Animalia Park and everything went as expected. Gustavo is always very polite and helpful. It is well worth it. If I can suggest an improvement, it is to put in a water filter, which makes our day a little easier. Everything was perfect and very good! I highly recommend it.

We love the home and the hosts' receptivity! The house is surrounded by nature and has a very beautiful retro footprint and well decorated mto, which makes the comfortable atmosphere welcoming and family-friendly. The accommodations are as described in the listing, all very comfortable (bed and pillows, bedding, pillows, many chairs, armchairs, etc.) and has a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary basics, we feel at home. The swimming pool is very large and has depth for all tastes, every day we enjoy good days in the pool with a beautiful landscape and a lot of kindness from hosts Cíntia and Décio who have welcomed us exceptionally well. We spent good days at the house and will certainly return <3

It was impeccable. It exceeded the expectations of the whole family, we really loved the place. All very clean and organized, new and cozy house, very capricious in all the items that were thought of in the smallest detail. Spacious, complete and very stylish house!!! The condominium is beautiful and with great structure, perfect for those looking for peace and quiet to relax and enjoy the place with the family in the midst of nature. Vale a lot to know, super indicated!!!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The place is liiindo, the view is explained. We enjoyed it a lot, my father, uncle and my daughters fished in the dam and loved it! The villa has no homemade, which gives more privacy, the mishaps we had were resolved by phone. What I really missed was that I didn't have a swimming pool. But even then the place is wonderful and we like it very much!

Would love to come back and stay at Leornardo’s place. He was a great host and the communication was smooth and felt right at home. Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Recommend

We are delighted with the hosting! The place is wonderful, very well maintained and exactly as in the photos. We were very well received from the beginning. Renan is extremely attentive, flexible and always responded to our messages very quickly and kindly. He answered all our questions and even had the kindness to leave a special treat for us when we arrived. It was an amazing experience, we will definitely come back and recommend it to others!

If I could, I'd give it six stars. Complete apartment, well located, everything we needed was within reach, super safe condominium, beautiful and organized with 24-hour security. Everything is impeccable and new, I highly recommend it. I wanted to leave a record of an incident. Due to the bus schedule in my city in Minas Gerais to São Paulo, we arrived in the morning well before check-in, and we asked the host if we could enter a little earlier if possible. The host quickly responded, and as the apartment was already free, it facilitated our entry a little earlier. Thank you, because we would have been waiting about 5 hours, thanks. When I return to São Paulo, I already know where I will stay again.

everything that was in the power of Marta and Fabio was perfect. Beautiful, very tastefull decorated apartment where you can sense their love foe the place. it has everything you can need, and the kitchen has all you can inagine that you need and a big buy silent firdge. They don't leave any personal belongings around so you don't feel like a visitor. Really comfortable bed, shower. I came for work for a few months and the place worked so well! super well connected to public transport, loads of good places for food and drinks nearby, and a safe area. The distance to the park is 8 running minutes and absolutely gorgeous. less far than it seems from areas popular with tourists as the metro connection is excellent. I wished I could have stayed forever. I would definitely want to come back. Gym and pool and outdoor space exvellent, well maintained. Marta and Fabio are the best host ever, always quick to respond. 0I felt home!

The house is just like the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Good location, close to markets and restaurants. Communication with Ricardo is quick and easy.

I loved every moment at the lake house. A haven of tranquility, where time seemed to breathe slowly. The trail, lined with persimmon trees, was almost a poem in the form of a path. And nature, without haste, offered its spectacle... birds in chorus, dancing leaves and the company of my parents and boyfriend made the place more special... Gratitude for this piece of peace.

The house has all the described comfort, heated pool, shower and taps with hot water, kitchen with many utensils and 9 pots that is great). Garden care and clean house, as well as clean bedding, in great condition. The market inside the condominium is great. Lugar is easy to access, when we arrived there was no electricity but the boy of the gate led us to the house, which was very good. Host responds quickly to questions. There are many things for entertainment in the house. We will return more often, and I hope with sunshine!
