Our stay was perfect. The apartment feels like a home. It's super cozy and equipment with everything you might need. The neighborhood is nice and quite. The host and the on-site staff were very friendly and helpful.

The João & Lucinda apartment is located in a central point of the Jardins, surrounded by good restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, supermarket and pharmacies — and you can do everything on foot. At the same time, the building is on a quiet and quiet street. The apartment is extremely clean, functional and the linen and bath towels are of very good quality. New building, near the Brás station, we went on several tours with agility and convenience. New apartment furnished with everything you need, for a longer stay it would be interesting to have a washing machine, since the building does not have one. In the most the host is to be congratulated!

The best part of seu carlos place was the balcony! The apartment itself is a bit small but perfect for someone that’s a minimalist like me. Also best part is he offers cleaning service weekly at no extra charge. The apartment has great amenities like work area, cooking area, pool, gym etc. Seu Carlos is an excellent host and I would be happy to return!

My stay was simply spotless !I stayed for 4 days in a super well located apartment, near Espaço Vibra, in São Paulo. The apartment is very well equipped, has dishwasher, coffee maker, cooktop, microwave and was extremely clean and cozy, which made all the difference in the experience. The building has a complete leisure area, ideal for relaxing, and both the doorman and the receptionist were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Another positive point is the ease of access to several nearby establishments, such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Without a doubt, I recommend hosting and would be staying there again !

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning, leisure area and market in the building. Easy to contact Suvalia with questions. Next to the Morumbi stadium and the Einstein Hospital, the latter being fundamental to my choice, as I would walk to it.

Whenever I go to Sao Paulo I stay at Bia's apartment. The location and size of the apartment were the main factors that made me choose airbnb, but after staying in the apartment 2 times, I fell in love with how well-equipped is' the airbnb, how responsive to Bia e ', and the quality of the items on Airbnb. The building has good leisure items, the gym is reasonable and has a space to play with children - which is essential to me. E'a really a second house for me! Perfect for small families or for those who need to stay in a central region close to Itaim, Vila Olimpia and Pinheiros.
