We stayed in apartment 03 which was extremely clean upon arrival. The view directly to the sea gave an extra “q”. The bedrooms are large along with the living room and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The space is great, the house was very clean and organized. Check-in was simple and quick. It lacked light twice , but it was general and as we did not know Michel was very helpful in assisting. I would definitely come back again

My stay was amazing here, Jose and his amazing family made me feel right at home and they helped me with everything I needed. The location could not be any better, definitely recommend!

Great accommodation, the place corresponds with the description and photos. We had a problem with the bus and we arrived 6:30 but the hostess was very kind and we had no problems with check in, house was super clean and all the appliances (microwave, fridge, fan, television...) worked right. Great cost-benefit, and it's still super close to the center and the beach!!

The apartment has a very good location as it is close to markets, bakeries, restaurants and a few meters from the beach. Inside it is a cozy and clean place, with many resources available (wifi, cable, electronics, air-conditioning, among others), but in our view it has left much to be wished for at some times because it could have a better infrastructure. Still, in the moments that we asked for some help or appeal, hosts helped us and everything was excellent, always thoughtful and available.

My stay was great, Keila and her husband were always available to assist us in something or give tips on what to do nearby, always very kind and attentive. Our shower gave us trouble and promptly fixed it. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a few days. It is very close to the beach and supermarkets, a nice and quiet neighborhood.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. Casa Linda, clean, airy, accommodates 3 couples comfortably. Kitchen fully equipped with utensils and appliances. The only negative point is the bathroom of the suite, shower with weak water. Super attentive host, always responded quickly. We love it.

I confess that it was better than I imagined, simply perfect, the cozy house, privacy, great reception, everything very organized and clean, quiet neighborhood, I simply loved, and I will return again without a doubt. Not to mention on the beautiful and quiet beaches we visit, a more beautiful place than the other! About the house everything we need utensils had in the house, it was perfect. Congratulations on great hospitality!!!

We had a great stay! Vilmar is a great host, super attentive. It allowed the check in early. In addition to welcoming us earlier, it took us to lunch and visit the Canasvieiras Center. Great city tour tips. The cottage is a cute one. We highly recommend!!!

We were overwhelmed by the cleaning of the house, an amazing place, a wonderful energy, I confess that if I could not go back to my home rsrsr , very comfortable accommodations, had everything we needed, Mr. Claudio very attentive we talked together if we were old acquaintances, he found out the place gave tips . I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Portuguese-style home in Sambaqui, Florianópolis! The house exudes character and warmth, with traditional architecture that made my experience truly special. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making me feel very welcome. The neighborhood is peaceful and offers an authentic local atmosphere. Additionally, there are several excellent restaurants nearby. For example, Rosso Restaurante offers delicious seafood with a Mediterranean flair, and Botequim das Flores serves traditional dishes with a modern twist. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the authentic charm of Florianópolis! Super show ❤️

Very good house to spend with family and hosts with excellent hospitality.

I stayed with my boyfriend at Andrea's and it was a highly recommended experience!! She was very kind to us the entire time. The day we arrived it was raining heavily and due to traffic our arrival time was delayed 1 hour. Anyway, he let us in and when we arrived he recommended reliable delivery services in the area to eat. Communication was prompt and efficient at all times. The accommodation is just as seen in the photos, impeccable. It's a container, I think that's the only thing that's not mentioned in the ad. But the fact doesn't change the comfort of the house at all. Everything works perfectly and the air conditioning was the star on hot mornings. The neighborhood is average, neither very nor so so. This was my first time renting through Airbnb and it was a resounding success. I would definitely stay with Andrea and her husband again, who was also very kind!

The apartment is very good, just like the photos, you can walk to the beach and downtown without a problem. Claudia excellent host very attentive always to all orders. I recommend and will definitely be back.
