We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was wonderful as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We stayed there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is nice for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to come to this corner with a dog - or children, because the cellar is full of children's toys - you're in the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for having us in your home.

Such a beautiful place! The property is just like in the photos — cozy and exactly as described. If you're looking to get away from the city, breathe in fresh mountain air, and enjoy peaceful nature and amazing views, this is the spot. A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

we are three adults with a dog. enclosed property, the owner himself has a small (well-tolerated) dog, you can tell. Dog blanket on couch and dog bed available, Apartment very clean, tastefully furnished, everything works, wonderful well-kept garden with beautiful hedge as a privacy screen to the street, good grill, 2 good garden loungers, parasol, dining area, in addition breathtaking view from the balcony over the village into the countryside, the best beds (mattresses) I've had in a vacation apartment in years, complete peace at night, The town of Somo does not offer much but Santander is very nice to reach via a small ferry, The beach is huge, finest sand, is cleaned, bathing area monitored, dogs (although prohibited on the beach during the day) were tolerated in June, crystal clear water Beach within walking distance in about 15 minutes via various paths through a pine grove. it was wonderful - thank you Jesus!!

I've been at Marisol's house with my family for three nights and from the first moment I felt right at home. It has free parking, the house is cozy, it smells very good, everything is tidy, it has a fully-equipped kitchen which is a plus for people who like to have breakfast and even eat at home. Marisol was very friendly and helpful to us. She mentioned nearby restaurants, beaches and places to go. During our stay she was attentive to everything we needed The house is very close to Santander and we were able to go spend the afternoon not only in Cantabria but also go to Santander Definitely a 10/10, we are very glad to have chosen your house to spend a few days with the family enjoying nature and a good accommodation

A place to really disconnect and recharge. The truth is that the house is very nice, super clean and very spacious. The location is perfect because you are very close to the beach and the cliffs area, and then Santander is very close. I think it's in a very privileged area. Paradise. We have been very comfortable in the house, it is located in a very beautiful place surrounded by nature and animals. The house is just as seen in the photos, everything is very clean and tidy, there is nothing missing to spend a few days on vacation. Our girls have enjoyed the small garden and the terrace. We have taken several walks in the surroundings and close to the river, everything is very nice. We would definitely repeat.

A highly recommended house. Clean, good layout and countless details. Fully equipped. Nothing is missing. We spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Day there, and it was worth it. Many routes to disconnect. Amparo always answered in minutes. Quiet village and very close to villages with all kinds of services. I hope to be back soon. Many thanks to the hosts.
