Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

Very large apartment. Quiet and very pleasant area.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

I won't write a huge review because I don't have the time to explain how brilliant every aspect of our stay. Luca is an absolute star. He met us at the Property, explained everything to us, recommended several excellent restaurants and was always available to help us when we needed him. I 100% recommend this property. Book it and you will thank me! Thanks Luca, I will tell everyone I know your apartment is the No. 1 place to stay in Parma!

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Comfortable well placed apartment, within a reasonable walk to the city and with parking and a garage. Communications were prompt and very clear and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and organised. It has an airy feel helped by the insect blinds, you do need to be able to walk upstairs.

An oasis of peace and serenity away from chaos and noise. As soon as we arrived at Emilio's house, we felt like we had been catapulted into another era. Hay...green...horses...chickens and a nice bunny running around the farm...enjoying all this is priceless. Thank you Emilio for the serenity that your house has given us.

Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

Alessandro sent us clear and precise instructions. This allowed us to arrive and leave independently. The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning with temperatures of 38 degrees outside. Another appreciable point: we had access to a private and secure garage. No difficulty to go to the city center on foot in about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Large accommodation located in a large house with a very large garden. Ideal with young children. It has everything you need and the comfort for a pleasant stay. Neighbors are adorable. Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! Our stay in Brugnato was simply great! The location is ideal for excursions to Cinque Terre – quietly located, but super connected. The absolute highlight was the hot tub on the terrace – after a day of hiking and exploring the villages, it was simply priceless. The accommodation was cozy and well equipped – we felt completely comfortable. Thank you for this great break!

If you're looking for calm, kindness and discretion, you've come to the right place at Sari and her husband's. The accommodation was comfortable for my 3 daughters and me. Be careful we had a lot of mosquitoes but sari can't do anything about it, just so you take the necessary precautions. I remember the calm and the magical decor. Thanks a lot Sari 😘

The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.

This time, the experience of Italian homestay was very good. The host was very friendly and very enthusiastic. He patiently helped us solve various problems every time. It is relatively difficult to call a taxi in Italy. Every time we had to disturb the host's wife to help us call a taxi. We felt very sorry because we disturbed the host's rest every morning. The overall environment of the homestay is very good. There is a huge lawn outside where you can eat at night and enjoy the view.
