The house is located in a fairly quiet area, there is not much noise, the park in front is excellent for walking your pet, many people take their dogs there every day. There is also a patrol car around the area. The stairs to the second floor are narrow, and the accommodation is small as seen in the photos, ideal for two or one person, the patio is spacious and has a laundry room. But it's a bit difficult to walk around the area, as there are many steep ups and downs, and to get to the nearest store it's 20 minutes up and down. Some cooking utensils are needed in case you prefer to prepare stews or broths. As for Carlos' service, he is always attentive and answered all my questions, an excellent host.
