Excellent place, quiet, ideal for resting, the beach is just a few minutes away and is wonderful. Hernan and Carola are always available if you need anything, very good hosts, they gave us very good recommendations about the place, we will return anyway.

Everything excellent, we had a great time, the impeccable apartment, the sound of the sea relaxes you to sleep peacefully, the attention of Cecilia a seven , just as a suggestion they should have a double bed, given that it is a apartment for 2 people ,but I recommend it 100%

We love staying in the apartment! Over all expectations is glued to downtown SKY in Parva! I recommend to rent sky's to get down there, if we knew it was so close we hadn't even gone to the Snowy Valle! The place is perfect, the location amazing! Da to play in the snow downstairs. I need to say that it is a thousand times better than the pictures! Exceeds all expectations we love!

Just one word “spectacular”, great location, comfortable, clean and above all very quiet. If you want to rest on vacation it's the place. On the other hand Ruben a great host very communicative and attentive to the maximum. We will definitely be back, almost or use the car, literally steps from the beach. A very cozy apartment, the white clothes came from ten because at night it was quite cool. The impeccable kitchen, impeccable bathroom, and divine hot water for an excellent post beach bath. The dpto has a beautiful view of the sea, the complex has elevator service to get to the coast easily because it is difficult to get through the streets of Con-con. Amazing, 100% recommended. There are warehouses near by car or supermarket 5 min by car. It's a nice place to VACATION and REST! There is not much night movement nearby, everything is quiet at night. Caesar a genius!

Andrea was really great with her instructions, very clear and the building was really nice, the apt is practically like a hotel, very clean, good taste and easy check-in and out. The doorman was also very friendly and clear. Definitely recommend and would stay again! Also, Fidelio Brunch is very nearby and I totally recommend for some fantastic French Toast.

The place is more beautiful than what you see in the photos. The view of the forest is priceless. The patio is large and independent. Absolute tranquility. We took home a nice memory of the place.

Very comfortable house. The perfect outdoor spaces for family fun. We went with children and enjoyed playing on the court, the swings and walking to the beach. We also loved finding books for children in different places in the house.

Very quiet condominium. The apartment is just as shown in the photos. Very complete and comfortable. Everything was ready and clean upon our arrival. The hostess is very friendly and responds quickly. She also allowed us to check in early and stay a few more hours until it was time to go to the airport. The area is very quiet and very nice, it is close to points of interest. I'd rent it again. I definitely recommend it.

Very organized and clean apartment! Pamela's very attentive and responding super fast, even at the weekend. The flat and the building are a bit older, but the cleaning was great. The neighborhood is noisy, but the doors of the balcony close the sound well (not 100%, but I was able to sleep without problems). My only negative point would be the neighborhood at night, it seems a little bit cautious, many homeless people and tell stories of thefts in the area. I didn't have a problem with that at all, but you have to be careful.

Very comfortable apartment and nice view, although you can't see the sea, only in the distance. The building has an outdoor pool and also a heated pool (be careful, they ask for a bathing cap to enter, we bought them in a jumbo that is a 30-minute walk away). When leaving the building there is a beautiful park to walk in, everything is very nice around, and it is located a 15-minute walk from the Concon dunes, I recommend them 100%, very beautiful. Nearby there is a strip center where you can buy day-to-day merchandise. The apartment has everything you need, you just have to bring towels. The host Francisca is very friendly and attentive, she responds quickly and even offered us help to store our luggage until the time of the flights, very grateful, it was a nice vacation.
