Vacation rentals with a sauna in Santiago Metropolitan Region

The apartment is beautiful and the view even more so, the mountain range is impressive. It was very clean and you had all the amenities. Very close to the Parque Arauco shopping mall, we went on foot because the area is also safe. Guadalupe helped us and recommended a lot of places. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

The apartment is just like the photos, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The best thing is the balcony view. In addition, check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

Carlos's instructions were clear and he was always available if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos's fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked in a hurry and it just happened to be the day they were going to clean it. Other than that, I would return to the apartment, excellent for couples🥰.

Everything is fine. The apartment is next to the Mall Parque Arauco. Very close to the Araucano park. We had ants the first day and the host immediately took care of sending someone with pesticide to eliminate them

This is the 4th time we've stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Excellent accommodation, my wife and I loved it!!! Great location near the mall and many restaurant options, Martina was attentive to every detail, even the plug adapter we asked for she left for us, anyway the only negative point was having to leave, lol. The next time we come to Chile, it will definitely be our first choice of accommodation.

Our stay was spectacular, the house is wonderful and the photos don't do justice to how big and comfortable the spaces are. The view and location are amazing, with a way down to the beach very close by. The only thing was that the pool filter never worked and the water turned green and dirty, but everything else worked perfectly.

We really liked the place with my family, we bathed limb in the pool and the jacuzzi my daughters enjoyed limb. the second floor is spacious, very good disposition don Manuel with the issue of check-out, nothing to say, we would go again.

The house is spacious, it has all the kitchen utensils, large pots, pans, cutlery, among others, it has a lot of space, the pool is clean and the hot tub was one of the highlights of the stay, it works with firewood that is available near the house, the host is very kind and receptive and always attentive at the time of arrival, the only thing that was quite uncomfortable was the presence of flies that I hope they can fix, otherwise everything was excellent.
