Everything impeccable and well cared for, it has a great location, next to the metro and in front of the mall Plaza Egaña, and the hosts are always very concerned and with a very good treatment, we would definitely come back!

We had a great stay. The apartment was very comfortable and perfectly complied with what we needed. In addition, the location is very convenient, with warehouses nearby, quick access to the metro and everything within reach. The host was excellent, always attentive and responding quickly to any inquiries, thank you for allowing us to do the cheek earlier. As a point to consider, although the building is safe and the price-quality ratio is good, the atmosphere may not be ideal for everyone due to the diversity of residents.

Great and cosy place just south of the heart of Santiago. We especially enjoyed the balcony with the view of the Andes mountains. The location of the apartment is in easy walking distance to the close by metro station and several nice restaurants. There are also some shopping centers located nearby.

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!

Carlos is a good host he met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment & the facilities. He also gave us some local recommendations. The sand dunes are only 15 minutes walk and the local cafe, bakery etc is only a 2 minute walk..which was convenient. its a safe area to walk around. The apartment is lovely with a balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here when visiting again!

excellent stay we had with my group, the concierges were very friendly and the treatment in general was very good of the building staff, on the other hand, the jacuzzi areas, pool, pool, etc., were in excellent condition, José Manuel was very kind and attentive at all times and his accommodation shone from what was tidy and clean. We will be back soon!

Our stay at Javier’s place was just what we needed after 4 long days of hiking in southern Chile. It is the perfect place to relax and truly vacation. Javier was an amazing host with flexible check-in hours and a folder sitting on the table with amenity instructions and local recommendations. We had a very quiet day, the house is very comfortable, very close to the beach (which we love) and with good land to leave the cars. The enclosure is closed and secure. I want to thank Luciano for his kindness and very good service always, we will definitely come back, I recommend it 100%

I'm sure you've seen the photos and have thought: this place must be too good to be true! This house was chosen very carefully after going through many options and reading through lots of reviews - The views from this house blew all other options out of the water. We chose this place as our home away from home as we got ready to celebrate our WEDDING in Santiago! Both sets of in laws, siblings, and us -- We truly could not have chosen a better house!! One thing that you won't see in the photos is the care, support, and responsiveness offered by Allen and Geert. Checking in was a seamless process and whenever we needed ANYTHING, both hosts had immediate response times and made sure that everything exceeded our expectations. You are located in a very safe neighborhood and are surrounded by pristine views, gardens, statues, and a relaxing pool. Thank you Allen and Geert for your incredible hospitality, this certainly won't be our last time at Casa Geist!
