Everything was excellent! If you come from the bus terminal it is very easy to get there, from line 1 to the República metro and then walk about 10 minutes to get there. The concierge is very friendly, the apartment is very clean, tidy and very comfortable, it has everything you need. Christopher was very attentive and always answered messages. Thank you very much for everything, I'll be back! I recommend the place 🙌🏽

It's a very cozy, impeccable and well-equipped apartment. We felt better than the pictures. The street is very quiet, but very close to busy streets, close to squares, restaurants and cafes, among others. I loved that it had books, especially a very nice one with children's stories that my son enjoyed :).

The place was small but cozy. We had an enjoyable stay with our family. The Host was very friendly and helped us with many things, as did the receptionists in the building. I recommend the accommodation.

Very cozy apartment. It has a very good location with many restaurants and places to eat or buy fast food. Close to the Parque Arauco shopping mall. You can walk quietly. It has everything you need as detailed on the website. Carolina, her host, contacted us the day before our arrival. Everything is very well organized with all the instructions regarding the occupancy of the apartment, which makes check-in easy and agile. We had a wonderful stay.

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

We were five incredible days! a very comfortable and super well equipped house, the house was incredible, but the plot where the house is located is fantastic!! waking up early with a coffee and walking through the beautiful landscapes inside the property was great! very recommended and definitely have to go back :)

Cristobal and Carlos are great hosts. We were very attentive and helped us in everything. Countryside on beautiful with a privileged view and very near to the ski station.

We made a last minute reservation and yet Camila managed to leave the house clean and organized to welcome us. The house is comfortable and pleasant and for our family TV and comfortable sofas are essential to our movie moment at the end of the day, the house has an excellent infrastructure for that. We really like it!

Very well located, nice ocean view, very cozy house and Teresita is very kind and always willing to help. The pressure problem for hot water can be improved so as not to spend as much water. The sector is very quiet and ideal the patio to enjoy as a family.

Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, nice and ideal for children. We loved the entertainment room, you or the children can watch movies comfortably, as well as play since it has some toys for them. Even read for a while, something that appeals to you from its small but interesting selection of books. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We hardly heard any noise in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest next to the condominium that is very pleasant to look at. And Karina was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

Laura was very attentive. She cares a lot about accommodating her guests and is always ready to help out in any way. Your apartment has an excellent location and is close to cafes, restaurants, Costanera, many things. It is a very nice area and safe. One also has the possibility of using the laundry that is very useful. Many thanks for everything Laura!

I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

One of the best experience I had in Los condes with over 30 times of my Airbnb in Chile. Gaston the host made a huge difference with great support during the stay. Defiantly will be my future stay when I come back again for business trip Much appreciated.

The apartment was excellent, we arrived and it was in perfect condition, we felt at home, the building has security and also has a garage where you can leave the car, everything was a luxury, in the vicinity there were many businesses, to get anything you didn't have to go more than 2 blocks, Alejandro was always very attentive answering the questions that arose, apart from that we booked the apartment on the day, without advance notice because we did not know when we could cross because the crossing between Chile and Argentina was closed due to the weather, and he solved everything for us at the time, a genius really, the day we return to Chile we will surely go back with him, we were more than satisfied with the accommodation and Alejandro's service!

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained, equipped and with spectacular views! We enjoyed all the details (spices, oil and coffee, etc.) that contribute to a pleasant daily life! Communication with Mascha is very fluid. Means of transport pass in front of the building: which is very convenient! We will return without hesitation!
