We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. Private Country House (Exclusive Pool) - Marvão

Casa dos Galegos combines traditional architecture with a modern layout. It is located in the village of Galegos, right in the heart of the São Mamede Natural Park, in the Alto Alentejo region, just 11 km from the villages of Marvão and Castelo de Vide. It features a wood pellet stove for winter and a private outdoor pool for summer. It is the ideal place to take a break and relax, with the perfect balance of being close to everything yet far enough away at the same time.

In the heart of the Serra de S.Mamede Natural Park, it is surrounded by a wide variety of native flora, such as Kills, Olive Trees, Carvalhos or fruit trees. Crossed by the Sever River and a stream that invites refreshing baths for its numerous waterfalls. It also has two real natural pools, old reused water tanks.

Our little stone cottage lies on a stream and has views of the beautiful hills and meadows full of olive and cork trees. In the garden you will find some fruit trees, herbs and flowers. Not far there is a nice waterfall to enjoy hot summer days. This is a peaceful place to relax. Here you can get immersed in nature's beauty, enjoy the sky full of stars and listen to the sheep's bells chiming.
