Vacation rentals with a pool in Santiago

Great and very safe place Only issue is getting a ride @ night No taxis at all

We were so glad we chose Casa Aloé Vera for our stay in Santiago - it was the perfect place to explore the island from. We loved eating Vany's delicious breakfasts watching the local birds from the veranda in the morning - the kingfishers are beautiful! The cottage is in a great location, just a 15-20 minute walk to Cidade Velha where there are some good restaurants and the fantastic UNESCO sights to explore. Inside the house itself is really homely, with everything you'd need to make your stay comfortable. Sonia was very communicative and even helped us find a travel agent to help with internal flight before we'd even. We'd love to return one day to this little spot of paradise.

Super séjour en couple, appartement très bien placé, en zone sûre. facile de se garer à proximité. A 10min à pied de la plage kebra kanela avec super spots de restos. à 1 rue du front de mer, pratique pour ballade et footing en bord de mer! à 6min à pied d'un supermarché ouvert tard! nous recommandons!

Quel accueil 🙏🥰🤗 Merci à toute la famille. L'appartement que nous avions loué pour la semaine est joliment aménagé. Le patio avec la piscine sont très agréables pour profiter après une journée de randonnée. Nous avons profité tous les jours des bonnes odeurs des pâtisseries maison cuisinées par mama Donna au rez de chaussée. Nous nous sommes régalés des spécialités Capverdiennes. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Nicole und Denize waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als wir reklamiert haben, dass der Wäscheständer kaputt ist, war innerhalb von 48 Stunden ein neuer da. Antwort kam immer gleich, das war toll. Was wir ein bisschen vermisst haben, waren Haken im Bad zum Aufhängen der Handtücher, aber damit kann man ja leben. Anfangs fanden wir es sehr abgelegen, aber die Einkaufs- und Essenmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut, und mit dem Taxi oder dem Bus Nr. 8 ist man schnell auf dem Plateau. Also alles bestens. great house and reactive host. pool and house are clean. kitchen with everything you need to cook. the house itself is perfect. the only negative I could say is, if you are a light sleeper you could be bothered by stray dogs barking, rooster and pigs in the morning.

Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, Pool ist sehr angenehm, Umgebung ruhig, Eunice ist aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit, Auto oder Scooter nötig, da am Stadtrand.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout était parfait . Le logement est encore plus beau et grand que sur les photos et la grande piscine , privée, est incroyable . Gerson est un hôte très réactif et attentif , disponible pour vous aider dans vos transferts en taxi. Je ne peux que recommander sans hésiter !

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.
