We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with panoramic views of a moraine and a greenhouse situated on it. Private entrance and a reserved parking space. Ideal place for outdoor sports and to visit the sites of scenic, historical, and cultural interest of Biella and Canavese. 15 minutes from Lake Viverone, 20 km from Ivrea, 14 km from Biella and 17 km from Santhià.

Verce's House - Apartment in Villareggia

Ground floor apartment in the center of Villareggia (TO), a small rural town that enjoys a strategic location that allows you to easily reach Canavese and the provinces of Turin, Vercelli and Biella. The room has a large open space with a kitchen and living room, whose sofa can be used as a bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The style of the apartment is a combination of modern and antique. “La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.

My place is close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and public transportation. You'll love my place for these reasons: the high ceilings, the comfort of the bed, the light, and the kitchen.
