Monthly Rentals in Sant'Eustachio, Rome

Cynthia’s apartment is in a beautifully restored ancient building with the chicest elevator I have ever met - small but perfectly formed. Its location is very convenient with multiple options for walking, trams and buses just outside the front door. Despite the central location inside the apartment is serene and quiet. We slept extremely well despite the heatwave and many people on the streets. All the popular destinations were within easy reach and in walking distance is the great dining district of Trastevere where we ate delicious food every night. The apartment is very well appointed with every guest need generously catered for plus lots of extra free treats. We were greeted by the charming cohost Sara who provided us with all the tips and hints necessary to make our stay memorable and happy. We strongly recommend staying at Cynthia’s apartment. You won’t regret it! Many thanks to you both.

Cannot recommend this spot more for your trip to Rome. We absolutely loved it. The location, right by the pantheon (and All'Antico Vinaio sandwiches) is absolutely ideal. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and quiet. We had seen prior reviews about noise levels and did not find it to be loud at all. Similarly, some prior reviews said access was difficult - it is not. We received very clear instructions about how to enter the apartment, and were even able to drop our bags ahead of check in so that we could explore without our luggage. Communication was helpful, proactive, and prompt. Can't imagine a better stay for in Rome!
