Monthly Rentals in Sant'Elpidio Morico

We absolutely loved this place! The apartment was huge with everything you could possibly need. The views from the terraces and the rooms was spectacular. The hosts we so kind and helpful. We wished we could have stayed much longer than 2 days. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and other amenities in towns nearby, just a few minutes drive away. We will certainly be back soon!

Staying with Michaela and Massimo was wonderful. We felt very comfortable, the view and surroundings were fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped. Thanks to underfloor heating, it was always nice and warm in the apartment, even in April. Our son loved being able to walk around outside and explore everything.

We were allowed to spend 2 weeks at the Casa dei Puffi. The cottage was exactly as described. It was all very clean and the decor well thought out. (I always have boards and knives to cut as usually the boards are dirty and the knives blunt, everything was really perfect here). Also very comfortable bed, rain shower... The view from the bed was incredible, as was from the terrace. You could make very nice hikes from there and there was a place to visit on every hill. The sea and the Sibillian mountains were also not far away, so this was the perfect place to inquire about the southern Marche. Wolfgang was always available and gave good tips (the welcome folder was also very valuable). If we go to this part of the brands again, we will definitely come back to Casa dei Puffi. We had a wonderful stay! The hosts, Chiara and Sauro, are incredibly friendly and communicative. Our trip started off perfectly with a warm welcome on a central square, from where they guided us to the house and gave us a tour. The house itself was spotless and perfectly located. One of the highlights was the pool—especially great that it was heated during the early season. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with mountains, beautiful countryside, and even the sea just over half an hour away. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, Chiara and Sauro were there to help. We’ve rarely met such warm and genuine hosts. Highly recommended!
