Monthly Rentals in Sant'Elia Fiumerapido

We spent two wonderful weeks at Stefano’s apartment together with our dog and had a fantastic time! The place is spacious, warm (we stayed in March), and even better than in the photos – which are outdated. The kitchen is new, fully equipped, and has an oven – everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s right in the heart of a charming Italian town, yet you can easily drive up to unload luggage. For everyday parking, there are nearby options. Everything is within walking distance – cafés, a bakery with delicious pizza, and a small grocery store with fresh vegetables. The town itself is lovely, and the locals are so friendly, which makes it even harder to leave. Stefano is a great host – always quick to respond and very helpful. The only issue was the unstable internet – so if you're planning to work remotely, it might be a challenge. That said, Stefano promised to look into it and is already working on a solution. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Katia's apartment is located near the highway exit, in a quiet area. Ample parking in front of the house, excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Once again a wonderful stay at Marta’s pristine penthouse apartment right in the middle of lovely Cassino. Can’t fault the place or care from Giuseppina throughout our stay. When back in Cassino again we will book here for sure!

Michele and Pina were amazing hosts. We were greeted and showed around so we knew where everything was, and there was a freshly baked chocolate cake in the kitchen. It was delicious! we absolutely loved the location, the views of the mountains were incredible and it was so peaceful. the swimming pool was clean and we loved the tennis courts and Ping pong - all equipment was provided by them. We were able to speak with them at anytime for help and advice, and they were very friendly. We would love to come back one day. Thankyou Michele and Pina for your hospitality!
