The place was amazing, super well kept and extremely clean. Enzo was a wonderful host and very friendly throughout our entire stay. The house itself was beautiful and was a very short walk from a lovely beach. Would recommend this location to anyone!

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. It's central, in a historic building. Despite being on a very central street with lots of commercial activities open until late, perfect soundproofing. Clean house, equipped with all comforts. Giuseppe was very kind, he accompanied us to check in at home, but it was very late. She allowed a late check-out that gave us the opportunity to make the most of our last day there. Highly recommended.

great apartment to stay in Palermo. fully equiped apartment, spacious also parking lot is available. Easy access apartment is on ground floor. Alessabdro is very helpfull, give tips and recommned great atractions . I highly recommend this place

Gaetano’s place was like a peaceful oasis - the property was very well manicured and the pool crystal clear and inviting. Gaetano is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had planned to stay for just one night after arriving in Palermo before moving on, but we enjoyed it and found it so relaxing that we asked to stay a second night. The first room we stayed in ended up having a plumbing issue, but Gaetano had it fixed immediately after we informed him and found a different apartment for us to stay for the second night - he is so helpful! We also enjoyed having access to bikes - Gaetano made sure they were in good condition for us so we could ride to the beach and bakery. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Palermo!

A lovely apartment on a perfect location. I will never forget the view and the lovely village of San Marco. Claudia is also a very helpful host! Good to know is that there is only one bedroom, although the living room (larger than shown on the photos) has a sofa bed. This was actually really convenient for me as a solo traveller but it might be good to know if you travel with two or three people.

A very welcoming and flexible host for our check-in and check-out times. Vincenzo was there when we arrived, he gave us plenty of information about places to visit and restaurants! Small additional note for Fava's where we had lunch several times, a real baking delight 😜 Vincenzo was very considerate with us. A quick message in the middle of our stay to see if we were okay!! Beautiful, very friendly attention. A thousand grazie Vincenzo! If we have the opportunity to return to Palermo, we would not hesitate to return!!

I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

Perfect place for a picnic with family, friends... The villa is very spacious and clean with a private well-kept large patio... a great place to eat together... Everything you need is in the Villa. Close to Palermo attractions. Great bakery with confectionery, grocery stores and more nearby. The owners are very nice, helpful… Thank you for the welcome sparkling wine and the opportunity to stay in such a charming place. With a clear conscience, we recommend the Villa and when we are in Palermo again, we will definitely visit it. Daniel

The apartment was really perfect. Superbly equipped and the air conditioning was also great. With our rental car, it was quite difficult to find a parking space, but with the metro, the apartment would be great to reach.

Francesco’s place is amazing! Very unique, artsy, and homey. Location is great too: UNESCO sites are right around the corner, many shops and restaurants, and walkable to the coast. Francesco is kind and responsive, and his guidebook on local recommendations is very helpful! Highly recommended!!

Giuseppe’s apartment is really beautiful just like the photos and very comfortable. It is in a good location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but within easy walking distance. It is close to Lolli Station and easy to get to the airport by train. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us after we arrived in Palermo on an early ferry, and personally welcomed us to an early check-in. He provided great recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. He also checked in on us with messages to see that we were ok. I recommend Giuseppe’s place very highly.

We loved it! The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect location for our family city break, very short walking distance to some of the most beautiful parts of Palermo, while also being very quiet and private. Rosa Maria and Dominico were so helpful, and made sure we were having a great time and had everything we needed thoughout. kids loved it too! would definitely stay again.

The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to the city's vibrant markets, beautiful architecture, and delicious food. The apartment itself is compact but very well-equipped; it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Maria was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. She communicated clearly from the beginning and went above and beyond to make our arrival smooth, especially when it came to the ZTL (limited traffic zone) driving rules. She even arranged and gifted us access to the zone, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream!
