A great experience! I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 nights and I can definitely say that it was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to San Bernardo. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb page: spacious, bright, impeccably clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. But what really makes this apartment special is Ivan's attention and hospitality. From the moment I booked, he was in touch with me, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. We had a great stay, we felt very comfortable, all the amenities available and the warmth of the place gave us the feeling of as if we were at home. The proximity to the beach a few blocks away allowed us to distend appropriately, allowed us to relax and disconnect from everything.

Naty spectacular host, she cares that we have gas even though she said it was not included, we arrived on Sunday afternoon and she had placed the carafe for us so we wouldn't run out of gas. Everything was very clean and tidy, the apartment was comfortable and she had left us everything to get in as soon as we arrived. The sea in the beautiful area is the wide beaches according to the day's schedule and very nice weather

The attention and communication were welcoming, everything was very neat, the building is new and modern. Eduardo was always very attentive to us. Excellent.

It's not my first time using AirBnB and I've had experiences where what I offered in the listing was far from what I was when I arrived, but this was not the case, everything was as offered, the communication was very clear and we liked the place a lot - the house in particular, San Clemente in general.

The location is excellent 2 blocks from the beach, and downtown. ideal for children.

A small and cozy studio in a quiet neighborhood. 10min from the beach Very well equipped kitchen with all you need for cooking. It has a small patio with a grill. The hosts are friendly and helpful, they helped us with the transfer from the station. There is a large supermarket nearby. It is not a negative point, but rather a local peculiarity to take into account: you have to bring bed linen and towels, which can be uncomfortable if you are an ordinary tourist. We loved everything, thanks Analia!

Leila has been an excellent host. I immediately answer all our queries, even let us extend our Check out to bathe before traveling. The apartment is very well distributed, has a large garage, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms with their showers, patio with grill and tenes for hanging clothes. The unbeatable location, you are one block from the beach and around the small center of Aguas Verdes that you have everything, self service , pharmacy , bakery, pizzeria, rotiseria. Aguas verde y costa del Este es bella, an incredible peace, very familiar, the clean beaches, and the super hospitable people. Thank you Leila we had an incredible few days of real rest. We'll be back soon.

It was an excellent vacation, very good location if you like to enjoy the day at the beach and close to supermarkets , rotiserias and warehouses. The accommodation is very comfortable, good treatment and the apartment feels very safe since you share in the building with mostly direct owners. It is on the ground floor which gives it some extra points by not having to go up and down stairs. Highly recommended!

Very good care from the owner and very friendly, excellent location. There's a disco supermarket around the corner. The depto is very nice and has a small balcony in front of the dining room, we were super comfortable and the area is very safe.

Everything is perfect. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for the kitchen. The wifi was intermittent but it was a problem that was clarified before we received the reservation, so that was also correct and honest, from the host.
