The place is very beautiful and quiet, the treatment and attention of Xinia was excellent.

Perfect location in Santa Teresa – central and close to numerous restaurants and shops, but still quiet because it is located slightly off the main road. The place looks exactly as described and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff at the front desk is very nice and helpful and communication with Martin is going smoothly. In addition, the beautiful pool offers a shady alternative to the beach, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. Overall highly recommended!

Freddy’s place is magical! Nestled high up in the forest and overlooking the ocean from the balcony, it felt surreal! The kitchen was well-equipped and the living space very comfortable and clean. We ended up extending our stay to have a couple more days here. Thank you, Freddy, for a wonderful stay at Casa Iguana!
