Monthly Rentals in Santa Rosa do Sul

The place is great for those looking for peace of mind. A few blocks from the beach ( we were walking) and one block from the lagoon. There are not many shopping options nearby, although there is a small food place in the lagoon and a market two blocks away. The arrival due route has a small stretch of ripio although when we were they were fixing it so it was in good order. Alan was always hanging and attentive to what we needed.

Maria is a great host, her house is as it is in the description and photos. We went out of the summer season, apparently the neighborhood is calm, great to rest. Very close to the beach. It does not have markets and restaurants very close, but nothing that a 10-minute drive will not find several options. We will certainly be back.

Everything was perfect, it couldn't have been better. Very complete apartment, well decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. The stay there was very good, I would definitely come back. The descriptions and photos match the place perfectly. The reality exceeded expectations. Congratulations, Junior.

We love the stay. Clean, cozy place. Josiane is super attentive, willing to help with local tips. He left us treats and we can still pick fruit from the orchard behind the house. I'm sure we'll be back.
