Very cozy temporary home at a strategic location. Just a short walking distance to the mall and the light rail transit station. Unit size is just right. Safe, gated community with respectful staff. Cafe and convenience store at the ground floor adds a huge convenience for last minute bites and purchases without having to leave the building. . Some minor concerns, though. Bedframe was immensely creaky, and makes noise whenever i turn to face the other side of the bed. TV source options are limited to just Netflix and YouTube, and doesn't have channels that show the NBA games. Shower heater was a bit of a struggle to operate, after minimal instructions from the host. I didn't get the heater to turn on at all throughout my stay. Other than these, I had a relatively pleasant stay at this location, and would consider staying here again in the future

My friends and I stayed here for our boards exam (5 pax). The host was very responsive and accommodating to our queries prior to booking. The location is really convenient and accessible to the testing site, and the neighborhood has convenience stores, drug stores, and restaurants nearby. Self-check-in and check-out was easy. The unit itself was as advertised in the photos. It was spacious and clean when we arrived. The area was also quiet, away from the city noise, so it was perfect for our stay. We loved our stay, and we definitely recommend this place!

The place is amazing and very clean. Everything is very organized and Mr. Ronaldo is very responsive to every inquiry i had during our stay.

This place is really nice and comfortable. It has basic kitchen appliances i.e. microwave and electric kettle. It's only about a minute walk from Doña Elena Towers, so it's a great place to stay at for board exam takers. There are also a couple of food stalls around the area.
