el.apto es tal cual las fotos es hermoso, amplio ventilado y con la vista espectacular. TIENE salida independiente a la playa bajando unas cuantas escaleras. a pocos metros las playas del Rodadero. cerca hay Olímpica y D1. La cocina tiene todo lo básico para preparar alimentos. El gran pero es que NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO y el calor es infernal, no obstante tiene ventiladores por todo el apto. Tiene dos cuartos y en uno de ellos hay 3 camas sencillas hace falta cortina porque hay movimiento toda la noche y la luz está iluminando todo el tiempo. FALTA UN AVISO QUE DIGA QUE NO SE DEBE TIRAR PAPEL HIGIÉNICO POR NADA DEL MUNDO porque se tapan los baños. Importante el manejo del reciclaje. Es todo

Nicolas and his wife were amazing host! They always were available is we had any questions. They also were really accommodating when our flight arrived early and let us check in early. They had great recommendations too. The place was so clean and looked exactly like the pictures! So glad we got to stay here!

La casa es preciosa, tal cual las fotos, la administradora fue muy buena nos ayudó con mensajeros, restaurantes, pero en cuanto a la playa queda lejos de la casa no como se plantea en las fotos, el comercio se encuentra muy retirado de la casa, recomiendo el lugar cuando se lleva carro propio, de lo contrario se vuelve un poco extenuante pagar vehículos para ir a comprar víveres o cuando se necesiten otras cosas, en general todo super bien, me la casa en su interior muy completa, cómoda y acogedora

Agradable lugar para pasar tanto un fin de semana como un tiempo más largo. Definitivamente recomendado por la ubicación del lugar, queda bastante cerca del Rodadero pero con precios más asequibles. Muy amable Maribel, siempre atenta a cualquier solicitud, la zona es residencial y muy tranquila para descansar e incluso para caminar, hacer ejercicio o simplemente hacer turismo en la zona. I cannot say enough about this place and the incredible host, MARGARITA!!! the place itself is beautiful with comfortable beds, A/C, and a gorgeous rooftop with hammocks overlooking the ocean. An incredible place to watch every sunset! Margarita herself is an angel. I have stayed at countless AirBNBs, and Margarita is my favorite host by far!! From suggestions where to eat, to diving, to literally teaching me spanish, she is incredible. Beautiful place and beautiful host! Highly recommend!!!
