My experience in the 511 ocean reservations apartment was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment, cecilia who is the hostess was very warm , friendly and very thoughtful , she made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The apartment is simply beautiful: impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and with everything you need to feel comfortable and quiet . In addition, its location and views are spectacular, the amenities are fantastic , the pools and divine jacuzzis, my children and I were so happy that we hope to be back soon ! I especially want to thank the host for their availability and care, making us feel at home. It's definitely a place I'd love to go back to and I'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. ¡Cecilia Thank you for everything!

The stay in Santiago's apartment was nice, the place is very peaceful and the nature is very relaxing. The beach is in front on the place and the tents are very helpful to enjoy the breeze and the sea. The decoration inside the apartment is really beautiful and Santiago is always responsive.

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. The space is very spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. In addition, the views from the apartment are amazing, adding a special touch to our experience. The building has a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying moments of tranquility. It was a plus that we really appreciated during our stay. Finally, I want to highlight the host's kindness and attention. He was very attentive at all times, responded quickly to all our questions and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Without a doubt, their helpfulness and good service made our experience even better. Patricia was an excellent host, check-in was easy and quiet, I think the girls at the front desk could be a little warmer and more hospitable. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and very conveniently located, it is a quiet and safe area. The Zona Rosa is located in the Parque de los Novios, you need transportation. The view from the rooms or from the kitchen is spectacular and you can't even imagine from the viewpoint on the 20th floor, wow! Everything is very organized in the facilities, the staff is always willing to help you. The cleaning girl, divine, super attentive, diligent and very formal. Something I would add would be the stands to be able to place the suitcases, it would be very practical. This apartment is highly recommended for your vacation, we fell in love with its privileged view. Patricia was an excellent hostess, always willing to help and very good with her recommendations. The check-in process was smooth and easy going, but the girls at the front desk have room for improvement.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at Harol’s place! It’s affordable, close to the center, and very convenient. Harol was extremely responsive and quickly resolved a small key issue. Highly recommended!

It's a quiet, cute, comfortable place and I loved it. The only thing (which was out of control of the place) is that on the outskirts from my room it gave a place that during the two days they had mega loud music all night and made us not able to sleep well. But I understand it's something out of control. Overall I loved the place and would go again.

The apartment is wonderful, modern, clean, and conveniently located. I was with my wife and one-year-old baby, my son was very calm and felt safe. I was very happy to have stayed here, Carola is an excellent host!
