Vacation rentals with a sauna in Santa Marta

It was great overall the only downside is that the parking was not covered so the car was in the sun all day , but fortunately at the reception they were able to rent me a covered parking space very cheap but the amenities the place and location were all amazing

Fabulous location in downtown Santa Marta near shops and restaurants as well as the beaches. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool. We valued having reception in the building as well, made check in very simple. Occasionally it was a little noisy as the condo is on the ground floor, but overall we absolutely loved our stay and would come again!

We had an excellent experience at this accommodation in Santa Marta. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with beautiful and aesthetically well-kept decor, which made us feel comfortable from the first moment. Everything was in order, well distributed and with a very pleasant atmosphere. The host was very attentive and was always available to answer any questions or needs we had. His response was prompt and cordial, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and safe, ideal for resting and enjoying what the city has to offer. Overall, it was an excellent choice and we would definitely recommend it to other travelers. Thank you for everything!

The place is beautiful, very comfortable, everything is very organized, excellent location, quiet, the building staff is also very friendly, the location is very good, close to everything.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and even nicer than in the pictures. It was a great stay with really nice amenities and we had everything we needed during our stay. Would recommend this place and stay here again when in Santa Marta.

Jennifer is a wonderful host. Always attentive to collaborating and answering questions. The accommodation is wonderful. Everything is as shown in the pictures. The condominium is great! It was a dream stay. I hope to be back very soon.

Very nice place .michael and his people were very responsive to any issues. Could be a nuisance in the morning when construction begins by the building next door with noise but it cant be helped. I will be booking this place in future for sure.

I really enjoyed my four nights stay here at the Samaria Club. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, and the host was excellent and always responsive to questions. I thought the value for the money paid was excellent. The pools and beach out front were wonderful.

I loved the place, every day I was with my family I felt at home, the apartment is very comfortable and nice, the location is spectacular, the common areas of the building are divine and impeccable. It will certainly be my destination whenever I go to Santa Marta!

Host was easy to work with and it’s great location close to a grocery store and pharmacy and a very safe area.

Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.

To start the apartment and the residential complex as such SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very friendly from the beginning, being aware of the whole family even of the dogs. They helped us in every aspect so that the stay was as comfortable as possible. In addition, we travel early and managed in the best way to manage to deliver the apartment ahead of time for our greater comfort. 100%RECOMMENDED
