Very private place and well located, everything is very clean

An excellent place to be, enjoy the city and even work from the apartment. It is very well furnished and visually it is charming. It's important to note that if you arrive very late, you'll need to make a contribution to the person who takes the time to wait for you. Thanks Daniel for having me at your place.

A grab spot to spend a few days on the beach. Excellent attention in the common areas with the hotel and the beach. Clean and tidy... would come back many times!

The apartment is small, perfect for a couple; I don't recommend it for people with small children. The view is spectacular, beautiful, far from the noise of the heart of the Rodadero. It has everything you need for a short stay. I'm giving it 4 stars because you have to walk a lot to get to the apartment. It's located on a slope, which makes simple shopping trips like "drinks and food" a bit complicated. Monica and her manager, Nelcy, were very attentive during our stay.

Yeimy and Marco have a beautiful studio apartment in Sui Lofts near the beach in Pozos Colorados. Its a short walk around the Hilton hotel to an amazing beach, less than a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is very well decorated, modern, exceptionally clean with strong air conditioners. A large television with cable channels👍 and Netflix. The bed is very comfortable with premium bedding. The balcony has a nice table and chairs to relax with a view of the mountains (although they are constructing a new building next door, it didn't bother me). The building has a beautiful pool which is refreshing although not heated. The kitchen was well stocked with a microwave👍. Two bathrooms and a nice sofa. Overall the place is very comfortable and well taken care of. I love the beach here because the sea is calm and you can relax in the water. Yeimy are Marcos are definitely super hosts. They were very kind and professional to me, thanks ! I would definitely return and fully recommend !

One of the best locations to spend a vacation in Santa Marta, the excellent area, the impeccable facilities, we had a great time in the home, it felt a little narrow because we were with the children, but overall very cozy, if you are a couple you will find a very comfortable and cozy place.

What I highlight about the apartment is: A very nice view of the mountain A very large balcony The apartment is very bright The building has a very nice pool and has a washing machine and clothes dryer. The location is very good because it is very close to the center and the beach, and at the same time it is a very quiet area. Things to improve: the mattress, kitchen equipment, drawers and somewhere in the bathroom to put toiletries and personal items. Luciana was attentive to my messages and I always received a response from her.

I stayed in this apartment and it was an excellent experience. The place is comfortable, very clean and pleasant, fully meeting all our expectations. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, to the Zazue Shopping Center and to warehouses like Olympic, which makes it very convenient for any type of plan. Monica's attention was exceptional, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. In addition, the apartment boasts an incredible pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It's a perfect space to share with families and friends alike. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Stay! The apartment was spotless and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt very safe with the attention to building security. The location is perfect, right across from the Hilton, walking distance from the beach and there’s a mini-market downstairs which made grabbing snacks and water super convenient. The host was very responsive, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing worth noting is there is some ongoing construction in the area. One side of the apartment faces the site, so you might hear noise during weekdays and Saturday mornings, though Sunday was much quieter. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, and I understand it's out of the host’s control, but if you're someone who’s looking for complete silence, this might be something to consider. I’d also recommend bringing your own shower essentials like shampoo and soap bar, as these aren’t provided, but everything else was fantastic.

I wrote a long review for Pedro´s place earlier in the year so I won´t repeat so much here but the fact that I´m here again speaks for how much I rate being here. It´s very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and it is close to the beach and transport to surrounding areas. Everyone has been really lovely, friendly and helpful and Pedro is excellent at responding if there´s anything you need. Highly recommended and I´m grateful Pedro welcomed me back :)

The accommodation is exactly as described. The review clearly explains that the residential complex where the apartment is located is still under construction. Maybe if you are looking for a place to go on vacation and stay at the site as a place for fun, it is not the place. But for travelers like me who require a comfortable, decent, clean, and nice place to sleep, I assure you that there is no better option for the price it offers. It is very nice and the host is attentive at all times to the requirements presented. For me, it's a 10 because it completely met my expectations.

Super comfortable stay, good location and just as shown in the photos.

The aptaestudio is very well located just 5 minutes from the airport, if you come with little luggage you can take the buseta that leaves from the airport and save you a money. The beach is one and a half blocks away so it is great, the sector is quiet for walking and you have the Zazue shopping center super close, to walk, where there is super market and great variety of restaurants. Plans to go to other beaches and Tayrona Park are also obtained from this area. It's not that close to the historic center, but you also get public transportation to go there and the Rodadero. Overall my experience was pleasant and we felt comfortable.
