Nous avons été très heureux à Casa Olivia. Tout est neuf. Le lit fait 2 mètres de large. La salle de bain est superbe. La piscine est géniale avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et le coucher de soleil. Le quartier est calme et très sûr. Les jeunes enfants jouent dans la rue le soir. Il y a une personne qui fait le nettoyage extérieur tous les jours. Elle est très aimable. Luis vit à côté et est toujours disponible. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute pour de prochaines vacances.

Excelente atención por parte de anfitriones, la cocina es insuperable y la casa en excelentes condiciones, condominio con todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada, divertida, comoda y con todo al alcance. La mejor playa de la zona.

La casa es preciosa, tal cual las fotos, la administradora fue muy buena nos ayudó con mensajeros, restaurantes, pero en cuanto a la playa queda lejos de la casa no como se plantea en las fotos, el comercio se encuentra muy retirado de la casa, recomiendo el lugar cuando se lleva carro propio, de lo contrario se vuelve un poco extenuante pagar vehículos para ir a comprar víveres o cuando se necesiten otras cosas, en general todo super bien, me la casa en su interior muy completa, cómoda y acogedora

Also erstmal ist Taganga winzig und das Apartment so ziemlich in der letzten Reihe. Die ganze Aktion passiert am Strand also muss man viel laufen, was mich nicht stört. Ich finds sogar geil weil ich so auf meine Schritte komme, aber das gilt ja nicht für jeden. Die Terasse ist einfach geil. So viel Platz und mega Aussicht. Die Zimmer haben alle AC die auch sinnvoll angebracht sind und nicht direkt aufs Bett pusten. Einmal hatten wir kein Wasser in den Badezimmern da kam Goeffrey um 22 Uhr noch rum und hats mit seinen Freunden repariert. Dann haben wir sogar noch ein Essen gratis aus seinem Restaurant bekommen. Am letzten Tag dann nochmal Getränke gratis im Restaurant, das war ultra lieb! Taganga ist echt friedlich und sicher muss ich sagen. Klar gibt es Elend, Bettler und auch Drugs am Beach so aber es lief alles immer friedlich.

Daniela estuvo muy atenta durante nuestra estadía, fue muy amable, ella pensó en cada detalle e incluso tenía todo preparado para nuestra mascota, su cabaña es hermosa y cerca del mar, brinda un plus de tranquilidad al no estar tan cerca del rodadero, aun así puedes ir caminando a esta playa o a la de Gaira. La cabaña tiene muy buenos utensilios para cocinar e incluso una nevera de icipor qué facilitó llevar nuestras bebidas frías a la playa.

Séjour parfait pour les familles! Nous avons adoré d’être directement sur la plage. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Peu de gens y sont donc très tranquille. La piscine est aussi tout près ce qui est facilitant avec les enfants. Le logement est très grand, les chambres très confortables. Les épiceries sont toutefois un peu loin donc à prévoir. Christina est très réactive lorsque nous avons des questions. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et aimerions y retourner. Merci encore!

en general muy bueno el sitio, no había restaurantes cerca, no hay zona de rumba cerca, hay que ir hasta el rodadero 10min, no se informa antes de la reservation que hay que pagar 54mul por persona antes de entrar al edificio, de resto todo muy genial

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

Fabulous location in downtown Santa Marta near shops and restaurants as well as the beaches. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool. We valued having reception in the building as well, made check in very simple. Occasionally it was a little noisy as the condo is on the ground floor, but overall we absolutely loved our stay and would come again!

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

Un excelente alojamiento sin duda alguna , recomendamos 100% , el jacuzzi un valor agregado excelente .

El apartamento de Sebastian es muy lindo, tiene una decoración perfecta tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Definitivamente el atardecer que se puede observar desde el apto es magnifico, todo el apartamento está bien equipado. La comunicación con Sebastian fue muy fácil desde el inicio, siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto para nosotros, fue demasiado proactivo y amigable. Lo recomiendo.

Was exactly like the description and pictures, would stay at again!

Viajé con mi familia ( mi esposo y 3 hijos) y nos encantó. El apartamento es duplex, lindo y muy cómodo. Excelente ubicación, puedes salir del ascensor del apartamento y a pocos metros tienes el centro comercial con absolutamente todo lo que necesites durante tu estadía: supermercado, farmacias, variedad de restaurantes, café, peluquería y spa, boutiques… en fin todo a tu alcance. La plaza Zazué es muy bonita y segura. Andrea responde muy rápidamente y está siempre dispuesta a colaborar en todo. Definitivamente, nos gustaría llegar a este lindo lugar cuando regresemos a Santa Marta

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, limpio, cómodo, tal cual las fotos, muy acogedor, Maira y su esposo muy pendientes y atentos. Recomendado 100%. El lugar está dotado de todos. Volvería mil veces más.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

L'appartement était propre, spacieux et comfortable. Le complexe à un accès facile à la plage et plusieurs piscines dont une avec parc pour les enfants. Le balcon offrait une vue imprenable sur la ville, les montagnes de la Sierra Nevada ainsi que la mer. Je recommande à 100% pour une petite famille ou un couple! El apartamento fue limpió, grande y confortable. El complejo tiene un acceso facil a la playa, tambien tiene varias piscinas, una con parque para los niños. El balcón ofrece una vista estupenda sobre la ciudad, las montañas de la Sierra Nevada y el mar. Le recomiendo para una pequeña familia o una pareja!

Die Unterkunft von JorGe hat uns sehr gefallen, hell, ruhig, sauber, mit Klimaanlage und sicher. wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Der Strand sowie das Einkaufszentrum sind in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

David’s apartment was the perfect place for our stay — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The space felt welcoming and well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. The location was great, with easy access to beaches and restaurants, public transit, etc.], and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. David was a fantastic host responsive, friendly, and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommended — I’d definitely stay here again!
