Our stay at this home was exceptional. From the first moment, the host showed great kindness and willingness. We especially want to highlight the incredible attention of the butler, who was always attentive to every detail and available for any request. The house is beautiful, very clean and tidy, and the kitchen is a dream for those who enjoy cooking, with a wide variety of utensils. Totally recommended!

Somehow Lucia's place exceeded my incredibly high expectations. The interior was so cute and the property was stunning. The view from the pool was so serene. A short walk to town once you got up to the road provided all the essentials. The steep climb from the house is no joke but the path and steps are very well maintained. Minca has way more activity than I was expecting. Tons of food and drink options. The margaritas at the Mexican restaurant were some of the best we've ever had. I highly recommend the local Nevada Cervecería. The only 2 negative comments I have is the climb up to the street, but you're in the mountains so it is to be expected and it is built extremely well and made as easy as it could possibly be; and the fact that the house is built on top of the most beautiful and swim-able parts of the river so it is the local hangout. You're up high so still private but there is activity below all day. Only because you're in the most beautiful part! Amazing place!

Daniel was very kind from the start of our conversation. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was ideal for our group of four. During the four days we did several activities to get to know Santa Marta, enjoying beaches and tours, such as snorkeling near Taganga, visiting the Rodadero and much more. The accommodation allowed us to reduce expenses, organize our outings and manage schedules according to our convenience. Although the supermarkets were a 5-10 minute walk away and the heat was intense, but the public transport was very close and cheap (half a dollar) made shopping easy. The place had excellent air conditioning, towels, sheets, hammocks, stable internet and useful appliances for the service. In addition, Daniel allowed us to extend the check-out due to our night flight. Recommended 10/10. The staff is very friendly and everything is the same as in the photos, the beach is very close, without hesitation it will be my first option when I return to Santa Marta. THX

Carlos is an excellent host, the apartment is beautiful, the complex too, the luxury facilities with all its pools, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzis, you had to make an appointment to get in (except for the pool), which made it orderly and the services were not crowded, the only inconvenience was at the time of booking we were 4 but it was for 1 person, and one day before arrival an additional charge was made for 2 people, this was not stipulated in its public policies, Airbnb helped us with a bonus but we still had to make the payment of almost 1 million additional. There is no porter service within the complex, leaving luggage in Santa Marta is not so easy.

Vicky and Allan’s place was a total dream. They're both so kind and welcoming, and their dogs are total sweethearts. The place is peaceful and relaxing, and they went out of their way to make me feel at home. Incredible coffee, pristine pool, and comfortable accommodations. Can't wait to stay here again!

Our stay was simply wonderful. From the first contact, the administrator made us feel right at home with her kindness, warmth and willingness to help at all times. Their attention was truly exceptional and made a big difference in our experience. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and with a modern style that invites you to rest and enjoy. Every detail is designed to provide comfort. The building's surroundings are spectacular: an exclusive private beach, an ecological trail among mangroves that connects with nature, swimming pools for adults and children, a children's playground, relaxing Jacuzzis and barbecue areas that invite you to share with family or friends. In addition, having several convenience stores and drugstores nearby is a great advantage that makes the stay much easier. We leave with a heart full of good memories. Definitely a place we want to go back to. Totally recommended!

My family and I enjoyed our stay of 5 nights at this location. It was a perfect for four or time there. Giovanny made the process very easy and he always responded in a timely manner with any questions I had. Great host! The building was well secured and had plenty of thing to do for all. Adults and kids alike. The multiple pools and beach access was just what we wanted and needed. Great! Only knocks are that the location is very close to the elevator and can be loud early mornings, but nothing overwhelming. The kids pool area on the roof was out of service and going through construction. The views are amazing and the location is great! Away from the busy town center but yet only a 10 min drive there. With transportation basically always available out front. Also 2 very convenient markets/pharmacy downstairs and a few restaurants to eat. Would highly recommend. Thank you Giovanny for the hospitality!

We had a timeless time. It was great, disconnected from everything, observing the animals, picking and eating vegetables from the vegetable garden, eggs too, fruits, cocoa and we made chocolate, a cake with what was available. Beautiful place, quiet. Diogenes welcomed us and he was lovely!! We recommend, thank you to him and Florent for his responsiveness even remotely during our stay.

A very spacious house, comfortable and cool, it is and very clean. It has everything you need , the rooms are large and have a separate bathroom. I loved them. The surroundings of the house have beautiful trees that give a lot of breeze at night. I would definitely come back. Host Blanca was very friendly and was on the lookout the whole time.

The exterior features a two-story white structure with a welcoming wooden front door. Lush green shrubbery surrounds the entrance, complemented by a small flowering plant. A window with multiple panes allows natural light to enter the space, showcasing a clean and simple architectural style.

A beautiful place. Impeccable and as in the pictures. Very welcoming and we had excellent attention from the local employees. In our case, we needed a place close to the airport and that was perfect. They helped us with food and drinks. Totally recommended. A nice and clean pool.

The property is beautiful, lil gem of a spot in La trigera. You definitely have your own entrance to the river and all the bird noises you hear in the AM are wonderful. Everything was just a described and looked exactly as the pictures! Gilberto the property manager was an awesome host! He showed us a great lil hike to an aqueduct that has a lil waterfall on it. Definitely coming back again!

The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Enough beds, balcony to enjoy breakfast. I liked that it had enough water pressure and the heater worked perfectly. Reserva del Mar offers amenities in very good condition and the staff is excellent, from the security staff that welcomes you, the pool staff, the reception staff, everyone. I definitely recommend the place. I am a frequent traveler on this platform and you don't always feel comfortable in an apartment like you do in this one. When I return to Santa Marta, my stay is guaranteed in Reserva del Mar. Thanks.

The condo is excellent. I had already had the opportunity to meet him and I came back. Our stay at the apartment was excellent. Small inconveniences or doubts were resolved immediately. A place with soul, the NATURAL air conditioning that blows through the cabin doesn't let one feel in a hot and humid subtropical climate - it's very nice. The bamboo in the cabin accentuates the artisan style, fascinating to see the way of construction. I clean the interior and also the garden with its trees. Very cozy and quiet due to its distance to restaurants and bars. Host Miguel Angel very friendly and helpful with any help. Reply quick and maintain good communication.
