Join us @ Casa Pitara! We are at the beginning of the village San Martino in Colle, at 10 minutes drive from city Perugia, on a quiet and semi-private street. In some of the late fall mornings, the mist surrounds the entire valley and you feel like you are in the clouds! Such a spectacol! On Christmas Eve, Santa comes to every house with children, on a lighted tractor, with loud music, so that everybody hears and sees him. Wonderful initiative for the kids of all ages, between 0-100 years old!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

GALLERY APARTMENT Bevignate is an original apartment of 55 sqm2, recently renovated, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Equipped with all comforts, and furnished as a true art gallery, where you can breathe a yesteryear fascinating atmosphere. Located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Perugia, in a neighborhood provided with all services, the apartment is very quiet, bright and it is surrounded by a an equipped lovely green space.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Our studio apartment is located in the center of Perugia, in the Borgobello district, one of the most beautiful and lively neighborhoods in the city; although inside a historic building, it has an elevator. From our accommodation in 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the acropolis and visit the architectural and artistic beauties that our city can offer you.
