Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Maria degli Angeli

We spent three very pleasant days in Felicita's accommodation, and we appreciated her friendliness, cordiality and kindness, she made us find everything we needed for breakfast coffee, milk, jam, rusks etc. The right apartment for two people, it was clean and tidy and is in a great location. I recommend to those who want to visit Spoleto and its surroundings to stay at Felicita's, we had a very positive experience.

Comfortable house (also as a location!) and complete with everything. Alessandra also gave us a lot of ideas on what to visit so much so that listening to her we adjusted our plans. One more detail: beautiful illustrated books available for children and a set of detergents and foods available that makes you feel "cared for". Congratulations!

I had a lovely stay at Barbara's place. I enjoyed the art on the walls and the book selection. It's a great location, just a few steps down from the main street - and a favourite pizza place, Al Mangier Bene. But it's also quiet. It's actually more spacious than I expected it to be from the photos. Communication was really clear and the instructions were laid out easily for us.

We needed a place for one night and we came across this apartment. Already in the conversations prior to the day of check-in, Valentina was helpful, polite and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by Manuela's mother, who welcomes us in an extremely nice and thorough manner. They made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even larger than what we needed) and includes every comfort. Small detail that I really liked are the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely recommended also for the location because I discovered that Umbertide is really a beautiful town. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

Feeruccio is a great host! The location of his apt was perfect, it was on the main square. Cafes and restaurants were right outside the door. The space was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great time at Giulana’s place. Perfect location in the very center of the city. Very comfortable place, very well equipped, lot of space for everyone. The host is very collaborative for any need. Everything in the house worked well: heating, hot water, chicken, bathroom. Very recommended! The only issue is the parking if you have a car. Since the apartment is in the center of the old city you have to walk down for the parking and in the morning the center is closed for non residents cars.

We spent a few days at Paolo's charming villa. Everything went very well and we felt comfortable. Paolo is a very attentive and friendly host. We stayed at Casa Lieta for two nights and the experience was really nice. The accommodation was very clean, with attention to detail and welcoming from the first moment. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful and attentive, helping to make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient and easily accessible, with the possibility of parking the car inside the property, a plus not to be underestimated. The only aspect that could be improved is the bathroom: the shower shares the space with the toilet and bidet, so, once used, the whole floor remains wet, making the use of the bathroom very uncomfortable and with the risk of slipping. Apart from this small inconvenience, we had a great time and recommend Casa Lieta to those looking for a quiet, clean stay with very kind owners.

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Rossella's accommodation is comfortable, spacious, well structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very large, a nice garden that is very well maintained, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We can certainly only recommend Rossella's place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed in this beautiful villa during the Christmas season, and the experience was just perfect! The villa is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The large garden that surrounds it, complete with swimming pool, offers an atmosphere of peace and relaxation that won us over right away. Special thanks to Mrs. Mirella and her husband, exquisite and always helpful people, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. When we had a serious problem during our stay, they were incredibly understanding and allowed us to stay an extra day longer than expected, helping us with great kindness. An ideal place for those looking for tranquility, comfort and hospitality of the highest level. We can only recommend this villa and hope to be back soon! Thank you so much for everything!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

The apartment is wonderful and equipped with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Really perfect!

We stayed in Diego's apartment at Easter 2025. We were 4 adults and one child. The apartment was comfortable, super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It perfectly matched the description and photos. The area where the house is located is very quiet and we had no difficulty finding parking for the car. Diego, although he did not meet him in person, was a friendly host and always ready to give advice and directions via chat. Great experience. Highly recommended

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
