La casa era pulita e confortevole. Si trova in una posizione ideale e molto tranquilla, vicina al centro della città e ai principali servizi. Floriana è stata molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre esigenze. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque cerchi un alloggio comodo e ben posizionato.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Nunnery Apartment. Not only was the view from the terrace absolutely gorgeous but the apartment is very clean, bright, charming and so welcoming. Paolo's hospitality was amazing! He not only picked us up from the train station but he dropped us off on our way out as it was raining. His mom made us dinner the first night we got there and it was delicious. Paolo goes out of his way to make sure his guests are taken care of! The town of Spello is beautiful and we enjoyed our walks around town. We highly recommend this apartment! Thank you so much for sharing your delightful home with us!

Non posso fare altro che mettere 5 stelle su tutto. Posizione ottima, appartamento tranquillo con tutto l'essenziale, vicinissimo al centro storico e Marco veramente gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio a tutti per chi vorrebbe soggiornare qualche giorno a Perugia. Grazie

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per mia mamma e mio fratello, sono stati entusiasti sia della location che dall’aspetto umano dei proprietari, è stato come sentirsi a casa, consigliato vivamente per chi volesse ritagliarsi un po’ di tempo per rilassarsi e staccare un po’ dal quotidiano

I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Sonora and Walter and the apartment. They were very flexible with our check in and give us extra instructions on where to park and how to get into their place. Walter met us outside and showed us around. Sonora was very proactive and responsive on texts giving recommendations and just helping us out with whatever we needed. Spello is such a beautiful city and photos do not do it justice. I highly recommend visiting Spello and staying at this Apartment.

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. It is located right in the middle of everything. All of the shops, restaurants, and historical sites are within walking distance. The minimetrò is a five minute walk from the apartment. From the metro you are at the rail station within 10 minutes. Nicola was helpful and responsive, and self check in was very easy.

Bardzo przytulne mieszkanko z ładnym widoczkiem, a gospodarz jest mega pomocny, odpisuje od razu na wszystkie pytania. Polecił nam miejsca, które warto zobaczyć i jak się do nich dostać polecam pobyt u Jacopo! 😊

La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

The windows face the south so the sunshine does make the place feel warm and bright. Everything was clean and there were instructions for almost everything. It's not a brand new place, but it was clean and is in great shape. The balcony is huge and the views from it are really nice even on a rainy day. The location is a a bit further than you want from the center of town when you are pushing a stroller full of stuff, but for anyone not lugging around a 2 year old, the walk is reasonable. There is reserved parking which was one reason we went with Martina's place. There is also a cafe on the ground floor that seems to be popular (the chocolates and deserts were not the best offered in town though), and there is a little place across the street that cooks different dishes each day and to be honest, each dish was pretty good, and of course there are other restaurants nearby. No complaints really. Martina responds quickly and we will stay there again.

L'appartamento di Angela è al piano terra di un bel palazzo con parco di ulivi appena fuori dalle mura di Assisi. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione, che consente di raggiungere il centro storico di Assisi a piedi, e la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nel parco della villa.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Alloggio pulito , con tutto il necessario, vicino centro storico, 10 minuti a piedi, giardino e calma assoluta. Giuseppe persona cordiale e accogliente e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Consiglio questo alloggio e ci ritornerò volentieri.
