Excellent person, always on the lookout and helped me too much. It is a safe place and is close to the center if you like to walk and enjoy the scenery.

This place was really quite and safe, it was clean and so beautiful, host was very responsive and very kind. Love this place I would definitely stay here again. 100 percent recommend.

We were home builders in the United States and have years of experience in the construction industry. We immediately noticed that this place was well done. It was well designed and the craftsmanship was impressive, compared to what is normal in Mexico. It was very pleasing to the eye and a beautiful space to rest. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, my personal favorite, some type of protein, and hot water for tea or coffee. It was a very quiet space and very comfortable. I would say the only downside that I think is worth mentioning is, the parking was a tight fit. Our Toyota Highlander barely fit inside the gate. The neighborhood seemed quiet so I don't think it would have been a problem to park it out front on the street, if it would not have fit. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and we would love to come back and stay.

We didn't know that beautiful and iconic city. The location of the accommodation helped us to explore as it was really close to downtown, although to return it is an uphill walk, you could easily walk, close to recognizable places, there was no need to use the car; as for parking it was accessible and understandable because we arrived without warning (you have to warn in advance if you are going to use it). The host's service and explanations also made our stay enjoyable.

We had such a great time, Melinda made us feel at home immediately with her warm welcome. The neighbourhood is quite and beautiful. Hope to come back one time!

Excellent location, friendly and helpful host, exactly as described. There are many good restaurants all around and a short walk to the center. Favorite features included the large and comfortable bed, quiet aircon in the master bedroom, extremely well-equipped kitchen, and provided drinking water. Thanks for a great stay!

Eunice, Isaac and their team and Punta Paz Rental were such great hosts. Always responsive and helpful with anything that we needed. The place is exactly as described - located in the heart of Centro in Oaxaca. Our group loved chilling on their big balcony overlooking the beautiful park across the street. Thanks again for being amazing hosts - we hope to have another opportunity to visit Oaxaca and your place again in the future!

Amy’s place was exactly what I needed for my 5 week stay in Oaxaca. The house is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. A simple and well designed space with everything I needed. The San Felipe neighborhood is a bit far from all the happenings in the city but if you’re comfortable being a bit off the beaten path and learn how the local buses work it makes for nice escape. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good place, cozy and quite spacious

Our stay was fantastic. It was in a nice area and was super close to the center of the city and a big supermarket. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. Having an alarm made us feel a lot safer and we really appreciated being left drinking water and having an in house washer and dryer. Overall, our stay was great and it made Oaxaca even better.

Beautiful home with great indoor/outdoor living. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great location for walking to shops, restaurants, and Oaxaca attractions. A bit loud at times. It was not the fault of the Airbnb, but one evening a nearby alarm sounded from 2am til 9am and it was horribly loud. Because of the open roof, sound seemed to travel right in. Cleaning services were great. Beware that there is a neighborhood cat who likes to stop by and there were lizards on the ceilings most evenings. Wonderful, friendly accommodating hosts. Really loved this beautiful home and the courtyard atrium.

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

Communication with the host was always very good, she was attentive and there was a quick response with solutions. The house is large, it has everything you need to feel at home, very comfortable and very clean, it is suitable for babies too, I will definitely rent this space again.

This place is better than the pictures show. We absolutely loved it. It was clean, spacious and had all the furniture we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is very beautiful, modern, functional, safe and minimalist in its decoration. The photos of the place are not photoshoots like other Airbnbs, which was fantastic, no unpleasant surprises! All appliances work and are modern. Everything was clean and tidy. The car entrance has an automatic gate, which is super efficient. As it is surrounded by garden, the birds are heard, which is beautiful and at night you see many stars (which is a delight for those of us who come from the city :-) The area is quiet, it's about 20 minutes from downtown by car. The neighbors are friendly and help as good neighbors (very nice experience). Helena is a super host, she helps a lot and is a sweetheart. I highly recommend this place!

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

The apartment was very well designed, I loved the layout. There was just no drinking water in the jug, we arrived at night and we didn't have any. The TV never worked, I guess it doesn't work. Otherwise, everything was very good, the rooms, the kitchen, everything was excellent. I would definitely go back.

The listing review is accurate. The apartment has a beautiful view to Las Canteras and sunsets. Local transportation is only a few blocks. We enjoyed staying in this nice apartment. Our family lives very close and it was very convenient.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. It is very well located since although it is not in the center, it is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Pamela is very friendly and always attentive to everything we needed. We had a couple of concerns and responded to us immediately. Having a parking space inside the building is very important and helpful. Oaxaca a very interesting and beautiful city.

A must stay when visiting Oaxaca! The place was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities you need. The terrace was also a nice touch and so relaxing whilst reading a book and enjoying a morning coffee. The location is fantastic, there are things to do and see in every direction you walk and in such close proximity. The hosts were very responsive with answering any questions I had as well as offering recommendations on what to do/ where to go etc I cannot recommend highly enough!

Great place, well connected through Buses and 3-wheelers. Be prepared for Sundays where buses dont run in this neighbourhood. Pretty close to a Pitico like 7- Eleven. Many vegetable shops close by. Rooms and amenities are very comfortable.
