Monthly Rentals in Santa Maria A Mare

I stayed for 4 weeks and it was great for one person. It’s a small apt with everything you need, in a great location. Elena was a great hostess with excellent communication.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

We had a great short vacation thanks to the apartment provided by the host Simone. Everything matched what was reported on the AirBnB card. Absolutely recommend, especially during this time when the Marche give the best of themselves. The place is wonderful and a great starting point for visiting unique places. The apartment was very comfortable: nothing was missing although we probably did not have time to use everything that had been made available by the host. The host's grandparents, our neighbors, were super wonderful: very helpful and kind. We hope we didn't bother you too much !: -)

We had a fantastic stay at Marco’s. Everything we needed was within walking distance with great restaurants and supermarkets and bars. The apartment was very clean and spacious with lovely views of the beach from the kitchen and living room. We go to Porto San Giorgio every year to visit family and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. We will definitely be returning and hope to book this apartment again.
