This place was a great stay! You can't beat the location. It is close to everything and we never felt unsafe. Alex was flexible with our check out time as we had a later flight and had wonderful communication with us during our stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that there aren't windows in the room and it can get kind of hot at night. There are fans in the room that help with this. There is also a balcony down the hall that you can hang out on, which was nice. Overall, I would recommend this place!

I had a short stay here but it was wonderful! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They greeted me upon arrival with some fresh lemonade and corn, which was lovely (and fresh fruit the following day). They provided some local recommendations and restaurants to visit. The place was unique and has a nice patio and rooftop with amazing views of the city. I loved the area, there were so many shops & restaurants within walking distance with lots going on and other things to see. The hosts were flexible with check-in and offered me a ride to the airport when I left. I highly recommend this place :)

El depto está limpio, tiene detalles estéticos y cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina, además de extras que se agradecen (aguas y cervezas en el refrigerador) y una terraza agradable. Es ideal para 3-4 personas, pues sólo tiene un baño, lo cual después de 3 o 4 días se puede volver insuficiente. Adicionalmente, Uri responde muy rápido, es amable y nos recibió al llegar para entregarnos las llaves. Que tenga espacio para guardar un auto es un plus. Cabe perfectamente un sedan pero una camioneta quedaría apretada. La ubicación es buena, toma 10 min en auto llegar al corazón del centro, que está a 2km. Se puede caminar, pero cruzando la avenida a 2 cuadras del depto, la zona se ve más oscura y descuidada, por lo que no es ideal para caminar de noche, sobretodo con niños. En general, disfrutamos la estancia, sólo me pareció abusivo que quisieron cobrarnos casi 50 USD (que en el centro te venden por <10) por una mini maceta que rompimos por accidente. Aun así, recomendable!!!

Wij hebben erg genoten van het huisje. Het is zeer compleet en comfortabel ingericht. Angel en Irma zijn heel gastvrij. Besef je wel dat je door hun woonkamer en keuken bij het huisje komt. Dichtbij Chedraui, Oxxo en het historisch stadscentrum; oftewel de locatie is perfect. Dikke aanrader!

Perfect mini apartment for Oaxaca for two people! First of all, this is by far my favorite neighborhood in all of Centro, it’s sooo beautiful and so easy to walk to all points of interested, I would not want to stay anywhere else after seeing this gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is exactly what you need for your stay little kitchen to make easy quick meals although I’d recommend eating out since Oaxaca has such great food! Bed was comfy, everything was perfect. Marco & Claudia were such kind and welcoming hosts, always responsive, and we felt truly right at home! I cannot recommend this place enough!

La maison de Luis et Iris nous a plu beaucoup de par son emplacement ( à peine à 10 minutes à pieds de l’église Santo Domingo et de la zone piétonne ). La maison donne sur une cour intérieure et est joliment décorée et assez fraîche malgré le temps chaud d’Oaxaca. Merci Luis et Iris d’avoir été très disponibles pour répondre à nos interrogations et à nos besoins. Grâce à vous, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de trois semaines à Oaxaca. Merci beaucoup. We loved the keypad entry for facility in entering and exiting. The king bed and linens were so comfortable and welcoming at night. The wifi was excellent. There are many lighting options - even in the huge walk-in closet. There was an unending supply of hot water. We loved sitting in the courtyard listening to the birds with our morning coffee. The bedroom, being furthest from the road was very quiet at night. Teresa was extremely responsive whenever we contacted her and provided us with water replacement and garbage removal when needed. We plan to visit Oaxaca again and would definitely stay at Suite Danielle.

el lugar es como se describe, bien ubicado, limpio, Edith es u muy atenta y esta pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y además nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones para conocer lugares en la Ciudad, tiene un jardín muy bonito y la estancia es un lugar acogedor, me volvería a hospedar en este lugar nuevamente!

We loved staying at Rodrigo’s condo. It was clean, cozy and a wonderful spot extremely close to Centro. The bed was super comfortable, pillows were soooo amazing and sheets were nice linens. Amazing view of the city and cute patio. Also loved all the books about Oaxaca and the decor in the apartment. Rodrigo was also super helpful and he did our laundry in house with hang drying for a small fee, we really appreciated that. Thanks again for the awesome stay 🙌

Casana is a beautiful space and makes a great home base for exploring Oaxaca. Mariana and her staff are very communicative and available. We loved having the pool and the beautiful natural fountain onsite. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) to spread out and enjoy our downtime here!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr niedlich mit vielen lustigen Winkeln und Räumen. Besonders hat uns die Terasse auf dem Dach gefallen. Die Lage ist gut und zwischen dem Zentrum und dem schönen Viertel Barrio de Jalatlaco. Ausserdem ist ein Top italienisch Restaurant (Dassani) und ein wünderschönes Katzen Kafe (La Selva De Los Gatos) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Bett war bequem und der Ventilator leise genug. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und super Service. Gratis Trinkwasser vorhanden! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil: die Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig. Wir konnten nicht nur die Nachbarschaft sondern auch bellende Hunde und vorbeifahrende Autos sehr gut hören.

La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, es muy cómoda , tiene todas las facilidades para niños pequeños, se ubica en zona muy tranquila, no hay ruido para descansar después de días ajetreados, está cerca de supermercados y cremerías, cuenta con cochera y patio de servicio. La comunicación con Lucy fue inmediata.Sin duda regresaremos.

This is a very unique and special place to stay in Oaxaca. The location is perfect for getting into Central Oaxaca. It was wonderful to have the alfresco living in March when it was warm and we could use the dip pool every day. It was great to hang out by the pool upstairs and look out at the lights of Oaxaca in the evening and watch the sunrise in the morning. Damien was very fast to respond when we needed a ride to the airport and in general, we would absolutely rent this place again when we return. We found that the kitchen and the upstairs area provided ample group gathering places for our family. We really appreciate the loving restoration of the house and the traditional architectural details.

Perfect location. We were able to walk into town to restaurants. Many little corner shops nearby. Large grocery store about 5 minute walk away. Area was very secure. Locked gate let you into a beautiful courtyard with multiple apartments. Each apartment had their own outdoor sitting area and then a communal area as well. The place was decorated for Day of the Dead and even an altar was set up in the communal area. Overall it was a great stay with no Airbnb issues.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret
