I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

We felt totally comfortable in Caique's apartment! It is cozy and well appointed. We were able to park our car right outside the door and always felt safe. The location is also great: The supermarket "Extra" is within walking distance, which was very convenient. A special highlight was the roof veranda – we were allowed to celebrate our daughter Emma's birthday there with a small barbecue, which was just perfect! We are very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on our next stay in São Paulo. Caique was very accessible at all times and answered all our questions quickly and amiably. He even gave us great tips for the birthday party – for example, where we could celebrate and where to get good meat for grilling. Thank you, Caique!

We stayed in the apartment for three days, we had everything we needed within reach and easy to access Wonderful accommodation with everything smelling good, from the linens to the environment The view from the balcony was very nice, we were admiring the planes that passed by I would easily recommend the flat, it has a good location in a relatively quiet place

We love the space of Sandra and André , the pool area is wonderful and the space for barbecue very nice tbm , we had very good times there .... we recommend and we will return 🙏

Sônia is very friendly, answered all the quick messages, a thousand note host! The homemaker tb answered all messages c agility and readiness. I recommend it, and I will be back!

Wesley's house is fantastic. if you need a place to really rest, I indicate with my eyes closed his house. The structure itself is impeccable. The play of having a projector both in the rooms and in the living room, with that little popcorn machine, was a delicious experience. O maximoooo.. the warm ofurô, a delight. Worth every minute la. We spent the last Easter holiday staying in this house and it was a wonderful experience! I was with my family and we had super fun days. We were very welcome and attended to during the entire stay. Whenever I needed something, Rodrigo was available to help us, as was the homemaker, who was also very attentive. I recommend and we definitely intend to come back more often!

The stay could not be better! well-equipped rooms, ample common space. Rosângela told us the Cidinha (cook) and the Alecs (barbecue) that helped us A LOT, I say with my eyes closed! I definitely want to come back!

Great accommodation, well worth it. Very solicitous host, the description and photos live up to the space. Very easy check-in, and the space is cozy, I felt at home. I will definitely stay there again. The surroundings offer good options of restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies, and the staff of the building are very friendly. The view from the site is fantastic, and the apartment is very well equipped.

Excellent accommodation, very close to the airport and with everything I needed at our disposal. Silvane was a super helpful and generous host! And there is also the princess of the house, the cat Catherine who is a cuteness :) Favorite accommodation.
