The house is in an easily accessible location and close to the city. The stay with my family was very pleasant, the house is very beautiful, with an incredible view! You can see in the space, a lot of affection and zeal that Viviane and her husband have for the house! Viviane, from the first contact, was always very attentive, quickly answered all questions, was very helpful indicating tours and restaurants, and flexible! An excellent host in a very beautiful space!!

Beautiful and super-equipped house! Me and my family liked everything! The look is beautiful and the rooms are all facing the pool and dam view. The photos are consistent with reality. High quality and tasteful dishes and utensils! Nice beds and great living room with fireplace! Everything was clean and organized.

My lodging was wonderful place amazing view too top, quiet and familiar environment we strolled through the condominium has a park and football pitch my kids loved pool we loved it all was amazing André very requested we will be back most certainly !!!!

I needed to arrive early to take a test and Angelina was super receptive, welcomed me almost at dawn and made me very comfortable in her home. It was two very quiet days, Angelina helped me catch buses, subways, even gave me a ride to one of the nearby woods and was very available for any questions I had!!

Apartamento Novinho very well equipped!! Mr.Carlos was very polite and helpful!! We will definitely return!! Apartment is not suitable for those who have problems with accessibility is on the top floor and with plenty of stairs!! But it's very well complete equipment decorator!

I really loved the stay. The place was very cozy and every time I asked for help she gave it to me immediately, she was always making sure I felt comfortable. She and her husband were very attentive to my needs and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Below is a pizzeria with very delicious food, it has a nice view. It is an accessible place and there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, shops and more very close and you can walk. It's 10 minutes from downtown by car. The place had all the basics and more to live for several weeks. It has everything you need for cooking. I loved it because I personally like to cook and it was very useful. Communication was always very easy and its accessibility exceeded expectations. I'm definitely going back to this place because I loved it. She ♥️♥️ was the best host I've found on Airbnb!

It was a pleasant family vacation. The farm accommodates 16 people, it is very spacious, much larger than we can see in the photos, a rustic environment in the midst of nature. As for leisure, it has a great court to play ball, a lake for sport fishing, a swimming pool, and an equipped space for barbecue. The birds were an attraction for the children. Keite was very attentive, responded quickly, sent a video of the location, and gave tips on local businesses. Mr. Walmir (caretaker) welcomed us, was helpful and polite.

The stay was excellent! The place is very beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, the house is very well equipped in terms of household items, both for the kitchen and outdoor area for barbecue! The pool is great, the rooms are simple but comfortable, the bathrooms are excellent, looking like they have been recently renovated. Great treatment and communication with the owner Daniela. Recommended!

The house is the space are great. I was a few years ago and I remember there were chairs and sun umbrellas and this time there were no more. The pool table tb not enjoyed because it did not have tacos or balls. I don't know if I needed to ask but the pool was not treated, when we arrived was ok but during our stay there was no further treatment. This is not a criticism, but suggestions for improvement. But in general the house is b large and airy. The place is great and everything was neat. Mr. José is very attentive and always answered me very quickly.

Gis was amazing from beginning to end, responding to everything super fast and very niceoooo. The Chácara is hotter than the pictures show, perfect to rest and escape the madness of the big city, the highest point of all is that GIS is pet friendly and my dogs have enjoyed more than anything, they ran on the lawn, swam in the dam, and ate a lot of fruits straight from the foot, we are already organizing the next trip ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I booked my son's 12th birthday party site. I asked Cristiane for nominations and she indicated me buffet, sweets, van transportation… I hired her indications and everything was great! Very hot food, kind, attentive, punctual and proactive staff. I also hired the services of the homemade Lú that helped us a lot. My son and his friends took great advantage of the soccer field and the pool. The place to eat, sit for conversation is very nice, covered and pleasant. The advertisement had many photos and they corresponded to reality. Cristiane was very kind, attentive and answered all my questions quickly. I really enjoyed the experience!! Indico and would hire again!

We stayed last week, we stayed two days, but we could have stayed longer, as we still had things to do and see. Marta was super attentive, we arrived at the house at night, and what gave us a nice feeling was arriving and the house was lit, the rooms with the light from the lamp... table set with a delicious cake, super cozy. That house that said, "We've been waiting for you!" Marta showed us where to eat, and everything we needed during the stay. I expressed concern about the unprotected fishing lake because of my child, and she was ready to respond. I recommend it a lot!!! Mr. Zé too, very attentive and ready to assist us... without words.

It was great. Casa housed them all in good. It is super quiet and cool owner.
