Clean, well-equipped space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is cozy, and the shower is wonderful. The condominium's employees are very helpful, and the local market is a great help for any need. In addition, the location is excellent, with market, bakery and restaurants nearby. Giselle communicates quickly and is always available for any eventuality. I recommend!

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and super well equipped! The city had everything we needed and it was super clean! In addition, the region is secure and has pharmacies and nearby markets. I will definitely seek to stay there again if I return to the city!

Excellent room inside the hotel. The photos are worthy of the space, but the "live" feeling is that it is even greater. Communication was great, with quick and polite responses (even because I got confused with an issue with the internet and the explanation was practical and polite). The room is comfortable and quiet. I didn't have any problems with noise.

On the day I stayed it was 33C, the rooms are small so it was impossible to sleep in them in all that heat, I believe it is the only point we had.

We love the space of Sandra and André , the pool area is wonderful and the space for barbecue very nice tbm , we had very good times there .... we recommend and we will return 🙏

I went with my family, the place is simply wonderful, quiet, beautiful landscape, everything working perfectly, impeccable cleaning, airy rooms, full kitchen, swimming pool and recreation area very well taken care of, great sign of wifi for those who need to work. Érika is very attentive and the homemade Leonardo is always willing and attentive to what was necessary. We will be back for sure. Note mil!

The house is very spacious, with large rooms and a wonderful view of the dam, with 3 en-suites with a view. The host responds quickly. We miss some household items for those who like to cook. There is no cell signal, but the house offers Wi-Fi. The pictures represent the site well. Easy to get to with the location sent by the host. The place is very beautiful, as is everything!

Clean house, large, just like the photos, we made pizza, barbecue, food on the wood stove, everything perfect. The view is wonderful . We love spending Easter with the family and we felt at home, thank you André !!!

We went to celebrate my father's birthday, and we loved the house of Ingrid and Susi… They are very friendly and polite. I can't forget about Atena, very sweet and nice… we'll be back soon!
