Vacation rentals with a pool in Santa Fe County

There were 12 of us, my family, my sister's family and my niece's family. Our youngest member is 2. This house was perfect for us. The house was thoughtfully put together. Plenty of bathroom, pool and kitchen towels. Three livings areas and several outdoor spaces. We never felt crammed together. There were appropriate toys even for the 2 yr old. Lots for the older kids to do too. A couple of our teenagers skipped a day of going into Santa Fe because they were having do much fun at the house. Kitchen was well appointed and although not a huge amount of counter space, we had no problem cooking meals for the 12 of us. I also loved that the checkout procedures were easy and quick. We would love to go back anytime. I should also add that William was great and answered my messages in less than a minute.

Scotts place is like your own private spa/oasis. The outdoor grounds are beautiful and if it had been warmer, we would have been out there the majority of the time. The house is stocked with copious amounts of dishes, coffee and creamer. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The location is great. It feels very private and secluded, yet the square is an easy mile walk. The upstairs master has a lovely en suite. It does not have a door and is open to the downstairs living room, allowing all the downstairs noise in. Overall, I’d recommend this place and hope to stay myself again in the future.

So glad we switched from an in town booking to this location. It’s about 20 mins outside Santa Fe, but sooo much nicer away from the bustle of town. Sunsets and view of the distant hills are gorgeous here from the back patio. Pictures don’t do it justice. Hot tub is great amenity here too. Hostess very responsive. Enjoyed the trail right out the back of the property. Very nice location in the El Dorado development. Convenient gas, grocery nearby if you do need anything. Quick access to highway. Very comfortable home away from home. Highly recommend if you need more space than a hotel room would provide. Spacious rooms. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Very nice layout and natural lighting throughout. No complaints. No issues. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again if traveling to the area. So much to see and do. I don’t think you would be disappointed in any way staying here.

Beautiful area and house!

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and Steven's home in Santa Fe was by far the best! Steven was always so responsive, especially when answering all the questions I sent! The home is gorgeous! The setting is gorgeous! I so enjoyed watching 5 deer just outside the front door! The home was so well prepared and had everything I could use throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils and serving pieces I would need to make a gourmet dinner. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also had anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were super soft! And the local grocery store even delivered to the property!! Steven's restaurant recommendations were perfect! My family had a great time in Santa Fe and it was made even better by Steven's home. I would suggest this vacation home to everyone looking to visit Santa Fe!!

We really enjoyed our stay at James' house. The house was very spacious for two couples and two teenagers. The house is huge and very spread out. So everyone had their own, quiet space. The kitchen is amazing with everything you may need including spices and oils/vinegars and lots of dishes. The house is located in a small subdivision with acre lots that overlooks the city. It felt like you were out in the country, but still close to everything. Restaurants and grocery stores were not more than 5 minutes away by car. Downtown was maybe 10 minutes. It was a very quiet and peaceful house. I would highly recommend staying here.

We cannot enough good things about our stay at Sunset Corner and about our host, Shahin! The unit in which we stayed was gorgeous and spacious, with viga beamed ceilings. Shahin was a gracious and responsive host! She welcomed us with enthusiasm upon our arrival. Also, she checked in with us again to make certain we had everything we needed. Her written instructions were clear and helpful. In our view, Shahin is the best host we have ever had!

Tracy is a WONDERFUL host and her home is equally outstanding! I’ve stayed in over a dozen rentals and hotels in Santa Fe and Tracy’s home stands out. It’s a beautiful setting for sunrises and sunsets, is out of town but close to town, and is convenient to all kinds of outdoor activities. The home is clean, livable, and comfortable with personal touches, beautiful art and thoughtful furnishings. The outdoor spaces are great. My husband was ready to make Tracy an offer to purchase the house after one evening! Little touches that I appreciated: Aesop soaps, better linens than average rentals, elevated dishes and cookware. Additionally- the Vitamix blender, welcome margarita supplies, and an openness to enjoy the house and its amenities made me know Tracy appreciate quality and wants her guests to be pampered. Tracy is so easy to work with and cares about her guests’ experience. An all around delightful experience and such a special place. I hope to return soon.

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and great location of this property. Very easy to get around to do all of our favorite sightseeing AND eating.

Great location for easy access to pretty much anywhere in Santa Fe plus the sunset view from the Cross across the road was spectacular.

We've stayed at the Fort Marcy complex multiple times over the last few years. This unit is one of the largest and higher end available, and it is the most accessible. The front door opens directly to the street, that you can park on, but it is especially helpful to load/unload luggage. The other units in the complex can have quite a distance and elevation change to the parking lots. This particular unit has individual heat/AC in each of the bedrooms and living area, so that each can be set separately. The kitchen was nicely stocked with glasses, cookware, etc, but there was no "left over" spices or condiments, so make sure you bring your own. Overall, a very nice place to stay and a good value in Santa Fe.

This is a definite place to stay for all the reasons stated. The sunsets were amazing, the view so realxing. The home had everything you needed and then some. It was bright and airy. We had great weather. There is so much to do there ~ all the shops and boutiques, Sound Bowl Healing, Salt Cave and Ionic Foot Bath. And the food ~~ Thomasitas and Pasquales are a must-go to ~ great southwestern fare. Cannot wait to go back and stay longer !

The space is beautiful! The decor was stunning. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need, including coffee/tea and sugar/sweetner packets. The outdoor space was nice. Loved the big kitchen table and the chair with the ottoman. Perfect space for a couple/2 couples or a couple with older children. The toiletries were a nice touch--especially the make-up removers. Management was responsive to any questions. Parking is available but the lot is a little snug--perfect for passenger cars but large trucks/SUVs are a tight fit. The location is perfect--close to downtown and the views of the mountains are gorgeous! Even though the units are close to each other, I couldn't hear anyone when I was inside. I had a really great stay here; it truly was a peaceful oasis!
