The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!

Casa de Luxx: Two Bedroom Wing is a private section of the house with its own entrance located between the Plaza & Meow Wolf. Hot tub, a sauna, and a pool open year round. Includes two comfortable bedrooms, bathroom, office, kitchenette, fire pit & patio. Peaceful with beautiful views. This wing does NOT include a full kitchen, living room, kitchen sink, or sofa. Originally our family library, the Courtyard Casita is loaded with shelves and charm - including an original kiva fireplace (and plenty of firewood), comfortable queen bed, smart TV and a small but newly renovated bathroom. It has a hotel kitchen, with a microwave, coffee and fridge. Right outside the private entrance is a quaint courtyard, surrounded by the rest of Old Llama Ranch. Dogs welcome. We are unable to accept cats.

Our home is 2 miles from The Plaza, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just a couple of houses down from Santa Fe River Trail walk. It is also centrally located and a short drive from everything. Our house rules are simple. We observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM and we do not allow pets, partying or smoking of any kind. Also, our place is not suitable for infants or children.
