This is a very cool and peaceful space in the heart of Oaxaca. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from all the best cafés, restaurants, galleries, and the Sánchez Pascuas market, yet quiet and calm at night for restful sleep. Jude is a fantastic host and full of thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even more special. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook meals (including multiple coffee-making options). The WiFi was fast and reliable for work and video calls, and the little details — like a welcome bottle of mezcal and high-quality linens — made us feel instantly at home. This is one of those places you want to keep coming back to. Highly recommended.

Gio's place was perfect for my few nights in Oaxaca and I appreciated how attentive he was to all the details and any questions I had. The apartment had everything I needed and I slept very comfortably each night. One thing, the windows overlook a street that was busy at some times and noisy at times. It didn't bother me but it is worth nothing. I'd stay there again.

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

The room is very well equipped, the air conditioning is a plus for the heat of Oaxaca. You have shops, supermarkets and the center 15 min walk. Would definitely stay here again. In addition, Karla was always very friendly and responded quickly to our questions

We were very comfortable. It is a small 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building, you have to go down steps and it is very well located, the only thing I would point out for a review is that there are no curtains, which makes you not feel so private and the apartment is hot, although there are fans, maybe it is a good idea to add air conditioning, even if it raises the price, it is worth it. Everything was clean.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was even better than described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The location couldn't have been more ideal—right in the heart of everything and easily walkable. Martha was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The loft is outstanding! Very beautiful, clean, comfortable and nearby the centre with a lot of restaurants. The bed is amazing: very big and comfortable. Maria Claudina is a great host with quick responses on messages/questions. The only thing what was not so comfortable for us (light sleeper/sensitive), was that the light is coming from the roof windows what wakes us up very early. Together with a very noisy bird who likes to scream (or sing, depending on your preferences. ;-)), our days began earlier than we would like. But all together: we would book the loft again if we visit Oaxaca ever again! Thank you Maria Claudina and Dennys!

The apartment was very clean and close to several great restaurants. A bit of a walk from the tourist area but we had a car so wasn’t an issue for us. Would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is very nice and even better than in the photos, it has a very nice patio. It has everything the listing describes. Edith is an excellent host, you can count on her for whatever you need, she helped us even resolve our trip to Puerto Escondido. We would stay again without a doubt. We recommend it!!

Pros: - really central, close to restaurants, tour meeting points and thé city center - Larger than it looks - Really stocked kitchen if you opt to eat in - Martine was friendly and had some really great recommendations - Left us drinking water, and some toiletries which was a really nice touch Cons: - water pressure could be better but most likely a regional issue

The property is excellent and quite clean. There’s and Oxxo and Pemex nearby and about a 25 min walk from Centro but lots of small shops, cafes and restaurants along the way so you get the feel of being within the local community. Parking space is quite tall, the entryway could accommodate our tall camper at 2.4m. I think it could accommodate vehicles up to 2.8m. View from the terrace is spectacular! I would stay here again.

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

great place to stay with a big group

Due to the geography of the city, in this area the houses do not handle garcheras, if you are one of those who car is very worried about leaving your car in the street Think well, if you arrive without a car , it is the best because you remove that earring. Of the rest, everything is OK host and installation.

Our stay was very comfortable, the guard was always very attentive and friendly, it is worth making room to enjoy the apartment, the area is quiet and the view is beautiful. Rosa provides you with all the necessary information about the place and recommendations for the city. As a recommendation, you should arrange taxis for departures.

A highly recommended place, we loved everything, the jacuzzi is amazing, everything is very tidy, clean and nice. We'd definitely come back.
