The accommodation is beautiful, it has a dreamy view and everything you need to spend a few days with family surrounded by nature. Both Daniel and Noemí were incredibly friendly from the day I wrote to them, until we left the house on the last day. We were able to enjoy a new year in the peace of Sierra de los Padres feeling at home.

The house was amazing, it was really fully equipped, it had everything, from all the kitchen gadgets, coffee maker, mate, to use the grill, etc., to extra blankets, board games. I was really surprised by that detail! It is even much more beautiful than what you can see in the photos, with a spectacular view and light, very comfortable, modern and with beaches nearby. It really was an incredible vacation and we hope to return because we were delighted! -The only detail would be that the internet connection was not very good and there were problems using the TV or working if you depend on that, to take into account but broadly a minor detail for the experience, Bianca was super attentive, friendly and with clear instructions for check-in. THANK YOU! :)

We were received by Damián and his wife, they were very friendly and predisposed to solve all our problems. The place is beautiful, has a barbaric view, and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Super good, the house is impeccable, well equipped and close to two beautiful beaches. If you like people you go out and walk two blocks, if you don't like people you walk 5 more and have a beautiful hidden beach. If you need anything feel free to consult Gaston, a capo. I would come back and highly recommend it.

Mario is really a spectacular host, super attentive to every detail. The house is incredibly comfortable, several rooms and super comfortable beds. The description and photos are exactly the same as the house you find. Very functional for a perfect stay. The location is super central, with places to eat, shop, supermarkets, etc. I really recommend it as an ideal place to stay if you are passing through Mar del Plata.

We had a great time! Beautiful house, large, cozy and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The hostess is very friendly and attentive to every detail. We are grateful, and we would definitely stay here again.

We spent a weekend with my partner and our dogs. The house is very comfortable, modern and functional. On cold days, we take advantage of the beautiful wood-burning stove in the living room. We slept very well and in a very quiet neighborhood. Andrea is always very friendly and flexible, which made our stay easier. As a constructive criticism, it would be good to put a fence to prevent dogs from entering from outside or our dogs from escaping, and blackout curtains in the rooms to block out the morning or afternoon sun to sleep a good nap. Anyway, Andrea already told us that the next renovation she will do to the house will make it a 10 out of 10. We'll be back for sure! PS: The shower is huge and very nice with good water pressure, and the park is very enjoyable! It's been a pleasure

From the time we arrived until we left, Leonardo was always attentive to everything, he welcomed us outside check-in hours! And he was also flexible with the check-out time. The duplex is beautiful, spacious, bright and very comfortable. Thanks Leonardo for everything! We will definitely be back.

The Florio Family house is beautiful. Extremely well maintained. Lots of rooms and very comfortable for a family stay. The location is unbeatable, close to the beach and shopping area and restaurants. We will be back with pleasure!

Beautiful place, the house cute and equipped with everything you need. The quiet area and well located with respect to the beach and with nearby places to buy what you need for your stay. The location was very practical. The house is located half a block from the waterfront, close to beach access. The beach has lifeguards and a parador with restaurant and cafeteria (when we went it was open from 9 to 24 hours)

Huge, spacious house with a beautiful garden and a great location. Trees, lots of beds, various environments and space to leave the car. Close to the sea and downtown. Recommended!
