Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house", because everything seems to be in a reduced format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
