everything is very well organized from check-in in the lobby, it is a very safe place, very central and accessible to any part of the city. Leslie was very friendly and very attentive from our arrival and the security staff of the place were also very friendly.

I loved it, perfect location, the apartment was very nice, clean, I forgot some crocs and they kindly kept them for me and with instructions on where to pick them up, super good communication, there was a problem with the Internet provider and they were on the lookout to solve it, one of the best hosts I've had

A spectacular stay, it was an oasis in the desert of heat outside, it was very relaxing to arrive from our events and relax as if at home. The house had everything organized and distributed in a way that makes it easy to do everything, the water pressure, air conditioning and fans are a life saver. Communication with David was natural, organic and kind, he has everything well systematized, attentive and present at all times. As a 7-year-old host, I was able to learn from this stay and much of what I saw from David I will implement in my Airbnb. Very nice place, good location and very close to downtown. Just as described.

Excellent stay, the apartment was very nice, clean, tidy and with everything you need to feel at home, I liked that there was a coffee maker and coffee, as well as air conditioning, laundry and bath soap, towels, it also has a nice view of the Cerro de la Silla. Good location to get to the pool of the University of Nuevo León, I had no problems requesting taxis by app (watch the price, at the end of the trip another one appeared) I also liked that on the ground floor there was an Oxxo and 7eleven to shop and on the 3rd floor a food store (affordable prices and good quality) The hostess is very helpful and kind.

Excellent location, you don't have to go through the city if you want to go to Saltillo or the Garcia caves. It is a very quiet and safe area, my family and I felt right at home.
